The Boofon
Vernon is largely crap. He's our top scorer this season. He's also our best striker by a considerable distance. Link to comment
ollie1903
No, what I think people might suggest is that a lot of what Zola does goes unnoticed. He must be a rare old player then 'cause I've noticed him dee fuck all. Link to comment

Tommy
Vernon is a penalty box poacher and damned good at that.He needs a strike partner to work with and the best option is McGinn. Link to comment
forbesz1903
think the game is live streamed through bet365. Link to comment
Pudgie
Zola will create. He has done in games in the past an will continue to do so. I really hope he puts us through on Wednesday. When was the last time Zola done something horrific. The only time I can remember him doing really badly is the fresh air swipe at hearts (?). A few elephant touches here and there but every player gets that. Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
Zola and Vernon are both crap. Hopefully one of them sends us through on Wednesday though. Link to comment

GK55
Going down to this and looking forward to it. Expecting a win - attack from the first whistle. Its clear to see we have a team capable - nothing less than a win is acceptable. Link to comment
ChutneyLove
A two-goal win within the 90 minutes is very achievable against a Motherwell side The Dons know how to beat. Link to comment

Ingolfsson
think the game is live streamed through bet365. It isn't listed on their live streaming bit. Neither is Hibs v Hearts which is a surprise as that's being televised. Usually any Scottish game which is on TV (including Alba) is streamed live on bet365. Live text commentary for me the morn. Brutal. Link to comment
True_Don
Zola is not a goalscorer and his link up play is inconsistent. Seems to work in slow motion at times...but I would start him as pattern of him starting and us winning cant be ignored. Vernon has been far more effective off the bench... Link to comment

Its clear to see we have a team capable - nothing less than a win is acceptable. Is this a case of fishing or you really this optimistic about our chances? Motherwell are very much beatable, that much is true. But we have shown real inconsistency this season and we are equally capable of putting on a poor show. I think to go into this game expecting a win, is rather folly and naive, don't you? Link to comment

WillemVan
Why can't some people see that Vernon is more effective for Aberdeen coming on as a sub in the last 20. Everytime he starts he plays shite and the team playes shite. Carry on with the winning formula Derek, no need for change. Link to comment
Guest
He's a fan in the stand. What does it matter? A fan in the stand with unrealistic expectations, who may start to ball and scream if things aren't going his 'way'? We need to play a part as well... patience is a virtue, and so is pragmaticism.
