Don Fonte
Unless i'm mistaken, if he extends his contract, the sell-on clause between Bournemouth and Abedeen would remain active. So on that basis, hopefully he takes a 5 year, 100k contract then gets sold for 20 billion during the next window. Is this just a guess or do you know? Link to comment
GDON21
Is this just a guess or do you know? It remains active. The only way we lose out is if he never moves or goes for free. No matter how many new contracts he signs, makes no difference to the sell on fee. If that was the case clubs would just give players new deals as soon as they got in the door. Link to comment

Plenty of sell on clauses have time limitations in them, normally the length of the initial contract signed. So do you know intimate details of his contract or are you just guessing? Link to comment
Dons79
Seen as he already signed a new contract with Bournemouth once before and the fact he has been away for 6-7 years I’d garner there is no time limitation on his contract for the sell on fee Link to comment
Dons79
Ps does anybody going to know intimately what’s on his contract that he signed between 2 professional football clubs, on the HAT?,perhaps not, unless his maw is Betty Link to comment

Don Fonte
I never said the clause wasn't still active. I don't know if it is, the same as people spouting stuff as facts when they also don't know. And 'jog on'. Calm down Danny Dyer. Link to comment

As for Fraser, no idea which. Link to comment
Dons79
The fact is nobody is going to know the particulars of somebody’s contract!,and is mad to suggest otherwise.this is the Ryan Fraser thread is it not, so people will summise cause that’s all they can do!,Cambell’s faither is on here do we know all his contract particulars?,if not why not!!lol, and yourself don,who out your life knows the contract you signed for for work, fucks sake my wife doesn’t know every bit of mine and am sure that’s the same for 99% of folks Link to comment

NEM
The fact nobody bought the wee dick when his stock is likely as high as it'll ever be and when he's less than a year remaining on his deal - i'd be pretty surprised if anyone's buying him out of a £100k per week 5 year deal. That's if he even signs it Link to comment

I was merely pointing out exactly what you're saying, that you cant know that without knowing the details of his particular contract. I don't even know what's in my work contract to be honest...wife, lol. Link to comment
Dons79
Thought that the strangest thing 2nd top assisted behind hazard in the premier and was one of the highest scoring wingers in the league as well,no being funny but a bit of casual racism in my opinion!,with figures like he had last year there’s no way he should have been overlooked in the domestic market never mind the foreign, i just think they’ve looked at him, his statistics and went great wee player who does he play for, Bournemouth and Scotland sir!!,aaaawww fuck that was the retort Link to comment
Dons79
Same Don not a clue what’s in mine either Link to comment
aberdeen1970
I think Liverpool were interested but they've already got Shakiri who is just an older version of Fraser Link to comment
Fridge
If you listen to his interviews with Graham hunter etc he seems genuinely happy where he is and loves the manager. Clearly if someone came in and doubled his money or a massive club capable of winning trophies I’m sure he would have went but no point moving for the sake of it if he’s happy. Link to comment
RUL
If he's going to get £100,000 a week from Bournemouth the world has gone absolutely mad. 1 Link to comment

Ten Caat
Depends on circumstances. A club might be desperate to bring a winger in if they have one of their own out long term. Perhaps but not at £15-20million. At best he would be worth £1million at that point, bearing in mind his current contract is very likely to be one of the worst paid ones in the EPL (maybe rising to £3million if 2 or 3 clubs could be tempted into a bidding war), but more than likely the player himself would prefer just to sit out his contract until it ends and collect a far higher signing on fee than he would have got had the new club been forced to pay a transfer fee on top. V for Vendetta
Yeah I'd think a few EPL players have moved in Jan before with only 6 months left on the contract and for more then £1m Link to comment
