  1. Wait…. The SFA lied? Imagine my surprise. Cunts.
  2. Bojan is the best striker we’ve had since Gilhaus 30 years ago. Replacing him as an individual will be well nigh impossible. The chances of us finding a 25 goal a season striker for £500k-£750k is a big ask. But, with good recruitment we could be a better team overall.
  3. It never works out well when a club announces the departure of a manager weeks or months in advance. All joking aside, Dave Cormack should maybe phone his Elfsborg counterpart tomorrow Maybe best for all to get it done this week.
  4. You’d think Thelin will give him a chance given the fee paid & the length of contract. The “worry” about a new coach is that old cliche about “it’s a clean slate”. …. When we know shite like Richardson & Morris are exactly that - shite. Might Thelin use the League Cup group games as experimentation as there’s not enough time to have many pre-season friendlies given we start mid-July.
  5. Stupid question maybe, but if his feet are on the line (ie in the box), but his arms are outside, is it still a penalty? Our shitey, cheapskate VAR maybe only had the camera angles we saw too? Hard to go against the on field decision with the evidence he had? Then again it didn’t stop Matthew MacDermid guessing at Livi to go against the onfield decision of goal. Not a chance a Scottish referee has the balls to do that to Celtic in a semi final. I hope the club got access to the audio of Robertson & the VAR on the Hoilett “penalty”. If not, why not?
  6. BTTS. No idea of score. Fancy a score draw. Will be unchanged X1 from the semi-final.
  7. The only alternatives were Gartenmann, Morris, MacKenzie & Roos. Which one of them would you have put in front of him?
  8. It was maybe no worse than several others in the way it was struck or placed. MacDonald’s & Milne’s were as “bad” & Hart should’ve saved them too. Similarly, Bernardo’s was as bad and Roos should’ve saved it. He telegraphed where he was putting it though with his body positioning & unlikely he has the bottle or skill to lean one way & reverse it with his foot the other. Easy for us to comment though when we’ve not got 40,000 Tims putting us off 😆
  9. Celtic could afford the fee we’d likely be looking for BUT they won’t pay it. Their record fee for a player playing in Scotland is £4.5m for Scott Brown. They tend to spend £2m-£3m on players with a view to selling on in a couple of years. The huns absolutely can’t afford him. That’s not even a possibility IMO. My guess is Southampton (that’s where Mowbray is now, who discovered him for us), or Seria A. If Southampton make it to the EPL via the play offs, they’d be my bet. Bologna maybe, seeing as they’ve had good dealings with us & a good deal out of Lewis Ferguson.
  10. There is zero to suggest he will or can. He’s generally been shite. The odd good game interspersed with several poor games. No, I’d be looking elsewhere.
  11. Calling someone an idiot whilst being grammatically wrong is ironic. However, on topic, Gartenmann was good on Saturday, but generally been poor. Lacks concentration, is slow, horrendous passer & too small & weak to be a centre half in Scotland IMO. Find better I say
  12. Nae idea, last I remember it was 15% of the profit. These things are usually a % on profit as opposed to the fee. The more the merrier. Regardless, we’re not getting it this summer.
