  1. Says the person that claimed we were the same as Hearts last season, despite them actually getting worse in the latter parts of the season with no European involvement. We used one of the smallest player pools in the league under Robson despite having the budget to be able to rotate, my point is the drop off shouldn’t be anywhere near as material as it was and our squad players should be capable of stepping in so we can still beat the likes of County & St Johnstone after a European game
  2. The European hangover is an over done excuse imo. For the 6 or so games that are in the same GW as a league game, clubs like us should be competent enough at building a squad capable of filling in & rotating. The reason we couldn’t was due to fucking up recruitment, including having absolutely no cover for our 30+ year old skipper.
  3. No time for politics with my football, leave that to the bigot brothers
  4. Would have been keen on heading to Germany if it wasn’t for the Scotland fans, you Dons excluded obviously
  5. Not many in the dons support to be fair, just a few predictable voices from some in the media. Leven has steadied things and will get us over the line with a few games spare and the new guy will come in with a full pre season and chance to build a squad, so not sure what the big issue is. Ideal if possible for JT came in with a few games to go to settle in, but we’ve got another big overhaul regardless so don’t think it makes as much of a difference. The ironic thing is we are constantly criticised for taking short term decisions with management but then criticised by the same people for waiting until the end of the season to appoint who the club are being deliberate to say is someone that needs time/for the long term.
  6. That challenge where he ran the length of the pitch at Ibrox early in the season to take the ball and nail Goldson in the process, was an absolute thing of beauty and I enjoyed as much as any of the goals that day. If anyone could kindly share a link to the video.
  7. 3.0 Dons win now the threat of relegation is effectively gone
  8. Wishing Jimmy all the best in his recovery. #once a Don
  9. Because most reasonable Dons fans would actually be pleased to see a local lad with a good attitude do well and prove the doubters wrong, whereas you seem the opposite. Let’s see where he ends up, hopefully goes up a level and can continue to crack on.
  10. Pointless to analyse their current form though given his current position and pending exit is likely to have a big influence on recent results.
  11. Or Dons fans a couple of months ago when the interim manager was given a short term contract, are you with me?
  12. I’m still gutted thinking about the game on Saturday but whether you win something or not, being a fan is ultimately about moments. The feeling when those two equalisers went in was worth it combined with a great & spirited performance. Up the Dons
  13. Three goals for Bojan now at Hampden. He doesn’t just score against the dross, an absolute class act
