No pictures, but butter the outside of the bread. Ham, smoked sausage and a bit it of spring onion.

Think randomly I put beans in once and almost burnt my tongue off.

That's exactly what I make, has to be seriously strong cheddar. The king of cheeses. Possibly a slice of tomato.

Bacon, egg, cheese (agree with strong cheddar), spring onion and tomato relish. When cooked spread butter on outside. When you eat:

Must be a large toastie to fit all those ingredients in. Think you need to stick to two fillings to get the best out of it.

I think Masada used to use Kraft slices in their toasties

The mince and roast beef ones were dry as fuck

Still an ace boozer, though

Cheese and pickle
Seriously strong spreadable and ham

Butter on outside if using toastie machine/Dode Foreman.

My missus makes sweet ones, jam, Nutella, spread made out of those wee broon biscuits you get. Fuckin disgustan.

Does it still count as a toastie if I make it in a pan? Or does that need to be defined as a cheese melt?

Regardless I’ll be making one for lunch later.

Tuna mayo, with my secret ingredient - wholegrain mustard spread on the bread prior to the addition of the tuna.

Sounds weird. Tastes amazing. Try it and thank me later.
