The Vietnam conflict provides on both battlefield history and a great soundtrack/musical output.

I'd have preferred that to the endless Culloden shite we had to suffer.

The Las Malvinas scuffle should have a place on the syllabus, as well as more localised dust ups like the battle of Ibrox 85 and the *Kincorth riot.

*mostly mythical

Kids definitely need educated on it.

I’m with Moobs on this.

There's one telly programme after another, everyday on one channel or other. And countless films. I'm pretty sure most kids have a degree of knowledge about it. If they don't it's because they're not interested.

ABZ should have a statue of the Boxy Windmill, pavement dancing in front of the William Wallace statue

Aye most kids will settle down and watch a WW2 movie.

Get a grip. Majority are rated 15 or 18.

World at war a great series.

You stick to pig farming.

No need to be a dick about it m8. I suppose you can't help yourself.

P.s. You don't think younger kids watch 15 cert films? 😆

Haha. Calm down.

They do yes.

However that’s not the point. A war film isn’t as good an education as World at War.
