These days professional athletes with access to full time physios, state of the art rehab facilities, sports scientists etc can confidently assume an ACL injury isn't going to affect them other than the time it takes to rehab and get back to full fitness. Until you've torn it yourself you don't realise that building back up the muscle wastage in your leg takes as much if not more time than the ligament healing does. If he tried to carry on playing with it it can't have been too bad a tear either.

We can't be starting anyone who's already decided themselves that they won't be here next season now we're safe (Roos, Barron, Duk). Same goes for any players we aren't intending on using next season either (Maybe Gartenmann, hopefully Jensen, Morris) Hayes will get to play in our last home game as a goodbye. Sokler should start all the remaining games to see what he can do in more than just the odd game or sub appearance here and there. Hopefully see a few of the better youngsters given some gametime as well

Some cheek from Duncan who’s sub appearance a few weeks ago was genuinely one of the worst performances I’ve ever seen, and I include amateur football in that.
