Been training with the Dons. Can't sign until summer though.

24 and a terrible attitude and not willing to change...

Good pacey striker on his day but still lives off 1 goal and his attitude is absolutely abysmal.

I'll say no thanks.

Hopefully McInnes is quick to nip this in the bud like he's done before.

Nothing to lose at this point. Let him train for a few months for zero pay. If he performs well and looks like he'd be a good option for us then offer us a deal. Taking those quotes at face-value, he seems keen to work with McInnes so you'd think we'd be his first choice.

He certainly has talent but clearly a questionable attitude. We could do with someone of his arrogance and belief in our team, that's for sure.

He's bound to be better than Maynard and if he can keep himself fit, much better than Stevie May. Not a bad option so as long as he's not carrying injuries.

If you mean a fuly fit Tony Watt is better than an injured Stevie May, then probably. But if both were fully fit, come on....

5 years ago maybe but May's pish now. Too many injuries. Tony Watt is a realistic target for us.

Watched his interview with Simon Ferry last night and knew then wed be signing him in the summer. Hes a typical mcinnes signing plus the fact he was bigging him up.

I wouldnt be adverse to it. Had bad luck with injuries recently but fully fit hed be better than what weve got.

I thought that if he was a free agent then he could sign for any club?

He can sign but he cant play. Hes played for Charlton and his Belgian club already this season. So can only play in a winter starting league, otherwise wait til summer.

He was released outside the transfer window, which appears to stop him signing

May will come good.

Jury well and truly out on Watt. He will be given the same opportunity as any other new signing though.

Give May a bit of time. His latest injury was off the back of a stinker challenge from the rodent Jack.

Watt is a realistic target for Aberdeen, which sums us up. Disappointing signing if it happens. McInnes seems to have a penchant for strikers who can't hit the back of the net.

Never mind Maynard, he can’t be any worse than Rooney.

Been a bit unfortunate with injuries at the wrong time. Seems he gets injured, and a manager will be sacked while hes out and he struggles to get back in. If we got him fit and hes given a decent run Id be happy to have him.

Let's be honest, amongst the majority of fans he won't be.

Would rather we focused on developing one of our own strikers rather than signing another striker with a very questionable record and a rumoured attitude problem.
