You pay afore you get your food and no aspect of service is involved apart fae handing over your food. Go to pay and it asks fit tip you want to add, default set to 20%, then 3 boxes for cash tips afore you get the bagel at the end of the line. Awa ti fuck. I only tip for actual service and/or if the food is exceptional. 2nd place I’ve been asked to tip after queuing and before tasting the food. Link to comment

I usually tip folk in the food/drink industry but don’t like being told that it has to be a certain amount especially trying to guilt folk into tipping more than they should. Link to comment

I had to grab the card machine in the local Sushi place to put the payment through for them, the woman nearly had a heart attack......I’d told the server four times and her twice. Link to comment
