3-1 the Dons, on a high from the new training facilities.

They will be floating on air. Euphoric.

Imagine the players will be discussing this in the snooker room and the canteen.

The Northern Lights of old Aberdeen

Mean home sweet home to me

The Northern Lights of Aberdeen

Are what I long to see

I've been a wanderer all of my life

And many a sight I've seen

God speed the day when l'm on my way

To my home in Aberdeen!!

If I was Campbell or Anderson I'd be looking for a new club. It's become clear that neither are going to become a major part of a mcinnes first team.

Still loads of players with knocks, niggles or coming back from injury.

Bench is full of players either carrying injuries or just back after injury

Yep, he'd rather play a defender in the centre midfield than a youngster and a striker that doesn't score and looks like a roided up bouncer than a free scoring youngster from the reserves.

Campbell has had a lot of action this season so far and I think he's done OK. Different partners in different games in a team struggling for consistent form.

Anderson on the other hand should have had more game time. He's not a McInnes type striker though so I think we'll inevitably lose him.

Campbell has played plenty this season. Didn't stake his claim. Vyner has done decent in midfield so far.

Well at least it's a bit more attacking. 2 x strikers and Ferguson likes to get forward from midfield.

I was hoping we'd seen the last of Main though

4-4-2 today maybe?

I hope it is we have Main whether we like it or not. I think the only way we will get anything from him is to play him up front in a two.

I think we will nick this one 2-1.

Main and Cosgrove didn't work against Hibs. Not really sure why we'd try it again. Hopefully persistence pays off

Never saw that one coming. Calderwood's tombola has obviously been not just dusted off....it's had a total refurbishment.

Just cannot see how Main can work in tandem with Cosgrove. I hope it works but Mcinnes better be prepared for the consequences (from the crowd) if it goes tits up

Only thing I can think of is they’ll use Main against the inevitable hammer thrower centre half and try and create a bit of space for Cosgrove.

Surely to fuck Mcinnes has pulled Main to one side and explained that this is absolutely the last chance saloon.

Must be a good chance to get at Killie today with Dicker likely to be playing centre half due to Findlay and Bruce being unavailable.
