Soldier Killed By Two Attackers In Woolwich

Recommended Posts

I'm praising her, not dissing her. A group of at least 10 guys... the boy should be on the deck getting his head smashed in and not dripping blood all over the street while one woman fronts up to him and tells him whats what.

Its the group standing watching that should be ashamed. If two guys were to walk round my neighbourhood brandishing knives, running someone over with their car and then begun trying to cut bits off their victim I certainly wouldnt be standing watching with my camera phone in hand.

The first part of taking our streets back is actually standing up and being counted and not, as this lot from London did, stand and record it for twitter, facebook and youtube. There is plenty lying around that street to use to disarm the cunt, so disarm him.

Whilst I admire your courage (or at least your portrayal of courage) I have my doubts that you'd have the balls to do anything if you had been there. Especially when you consider the fact that the other boy is basically standing by on guard with a gun.

Fair enough swarming in & taking them out when all they have is blades but a gun is a different scenario all together.

Who'd be first in line of fire of the group? Would that be you? willing to take the first bullet so it gives the rest time to get things done?

Have you ever approached a crazed man with a knife that is more than willing to use it, let alone a fucking gun?

Lived in tilly for 10 years, wouldnt be the first time a knife has been pulled on me.

To get out of tilly I worked in PH and Lagos for a couple of years, wouldnt be the first time a gun has been pointed at me either.

I dont think it would be courageous, I just know what I'm like and most of my mates are the same. The knife was pulled on me when I got in the middle of a domestic outside my flat. It was 3 v 1, we went for him, he ran and took his knife with him. I'm not quite as heed first now as I used to be but still get involved before over thinking it when its things like a woman getting a smack.

Most when confronted with a mob run though, if that lot standing there started yelling and going for it the 2 would most probably bolt and from the reports didnt the gun come out once the police arrived?

Aye, I believe it was their "Death by Cop" ace card that they played once the Armed Response Unit turned up so they could become martyrs and get all the 72 virgins they were promised. Instead I believe his gun malfunctioned and blew his thumb off  (according to twatter or facebook or some ither such shite so it must be true)

Having a gun pointed at you is fuck all.

Having a gun pointed at you with the person fully intent on shooting you is a whole different story.

If someone was going mad (as was the case) & willing to shoot anyone that tried to stop them, then I'm pretty damn sure you'd not steam in until the gun was out of the picture.

Completely different to taking on folk with just blades.

I know how I cope with unfair advantages. I have helped a guy in the past that was set about by a squad of half a dozen, some of which had knives & have also stopped another guy from stabbing my mate but had any of these occasions involved a gun then I know for a fact it would have been a different story all together & I am not so sure I'd have been so ballsy.

I was once jumped by half a dozen young Hibs crew (kids really, all around 15-18ish) but scary all the same. I was pished & it was totally random attack when I was walking up Rose st towards the old Stanley's casino.

Should have seen it coming (in hindsight) as I had noticed them all glancing around to me as I was walking in their direction but I was pissed (i was walking the same direction they were headed) & they were slowing up to allow me to catch up on them & then they just all turned around & went for me. Just a completely random jumping & I will always be grateful to the two bouncers (one of them a lassie) that were finishing their shift & came running down to help when they seen it. They all ran off but they did get a few good smacks from us. I certainly came off worst though, as they'd given me a good few digs before the help arrived.

I hate seeing folk getting outnumbered & will always help if I can but not so sure If I'd have the balls with a gun involved & especially if I knew the person with the gun has FULL intention of using it.

Think he is on about the blood in front of the car which isn't there in the other two (obviously it's the blood from one of the lunatics after they where shot by the cops)

It was, and good shout! Never thought about the future injuries.

Excellent video this which basically echo's everything I've said on this topic.

I spoke about that guy earlier in the thread, what a fucking prick he is. Blaming the government but not once having a go at the two idiots who carried this out, if he's not happy with our democracy he and others have many choices that don't involve the cowardly killing of a kid.

The murderer blamed the illegal blood thirsty actions of the London government. Yet you choose to ignore this.

Some of the comments from the English media have been shameful. Thankfully this will never happen in Scotland.

if these 2 guys are so concerned about innocent human life...why didnt they jump in a 1960s skoda and head to zimbabwe from nigeria, to oppose Mugabe instead of coming all the way over here?

My geography isnt that great MT but I'm pretty sure the distance between the place in east London these guys were born, raised and come from is slightly closer to Woolwich than either Nigeria or Zimbabwe.

Just saying.

David Cameron said there would be a full investigation by the Security and Intelligence Committee after it emerged that both of the attackers were known to the police and MI5, but neither was assessed as a major security risk.

The Telegraph has learnt that six years ago Adebolajo was arrested after being involved in violent protests by extremists outside the Old Bailey. He was a regular member of a small group of hardcore fanatics who regularly protested alongside some of Britain’s most notorious hate clerics. He was seen preaching anti-Western rhetoric in Woolwich as recently as last week. At one stage he is believed to have tried to travel to Somalia to join the terrorist network Al-Shabaab, but was forced to return to Britain.
