So I assume that means all permits are in place for Phase One, lets get going now.

Well, that’s a good point

I think it’s a PR stunt by Milne, as I don’t think the permits have been provided yet by ACC. A main contractor hasn’t yet been appointed for phase 1, to my knowledge.

Site is still being decontaminated by McIntosh plant hire.

Not really sure I get the point of today’s stunt.

I just watched the interview with our great leader, might've put on his posh voice, boy from the trust just rattled on about regions which is clearly a plea for the city/shire councils to throw money at their pipe dream.

The virgins on social media posting "RIP AFC" really need to get a grip. Embarrassing really.

I'd say it's more virgin like to sit and gladly swallow the shite sandwich that is kingsford. Very submissive from those types of people.

Want a new stadium? Of course Stu

Want to pay for it yourselves? Of course stu

You know we need these facilities right this VERY moment despite me being the owner for the last 2 decades? Yes stu you're a businessman why would we ever doubt you x

Were all for a stadium in the city centre and keeping tradition but its a double edged sword as Pittodrie wont be fit for European football in 2021 I think? And if Kingsford is going to be the death of AFC then Pittodrie as it stands is exactly the same thing? Is it no?

Whereas posting RIP AFC on twitter is the type of activism that will stop us having to eat the shit sandwich? Haha ok.

At least the WANKS fought to try and block the stadium.

He doesn't ask everyone else for links to what they say though, he has an agenda and I'll need to speak to the mods about his constant harassment.

Ok cool

So anyway, can you provide some evidence that out of city stadiums are the death of most clubs please?

Stop speaking shit and folk wont pull you up.

Paul Fletcher a leading stadium consultant used by AFC doesn't like out of city stadiums, was a good article in FFT about it that I'm sure was posted here.

Look forward to our paths crossing boof, it'll be a laugh.

The only thing we can do isn't it. Personally didn't post that. However, the club knows those opposed will eventually eat the sandwich. We're fans. I act like I won't go to Kingsford but I will. Just frustrating that we really have no choice. I'm still not convinced we're getting the full picture from Milne and co either.

Your claim was that it is "proven that out of city stadiums are the death of clubs" and your evidence is a stadium consultant doesn't like them?
