Hearts V Aberdeen

Anyone notice with him that when things go against the team he puts in sneaky little challenges, almost like he wants sent off, but making it look like he's trying hard? Like a spoilt wee brat

Jim Bett, not one player in this side would be allowed to polish his boots

I will give you a couple more who knew what effort and desire was davie robb george Kinnel Ian burns ernie Winchester Simpson cooper strachan Miller mcleish Kennedy and a lot more who gave 100 percent every game these lot now don't know the meaning of the words effort and desire their like a bunch of women. The manager say no more.

Comments based on last 20 minutes on Alba.

May Lazy or inept. Worryingly think its both.

We have no idea how to play GMS.

We have no clue how were going to approach next week. We more than strongly suspect it will involve 6-7 centre halves however. Fine if it works. Again we suspect, with more than a little experience of this, that it wont. Badly.

Oh, and again. Fuck off Naismith.

We were excellent in midweek but were a completely different team today. Just a shambles.

The only three players who deserved pass marks were the three subs. Arnason was an improvement on O'Connor at the back. GMS to his credit was actually creating some chances. And Rooney at least offered a threat.

But the rest. McLean and Shinnie never stop trying and you can't fault their workrate, but they were so good against Motherwell but so poor today.

Considine had one of those games were nothing goes right for him. His distribution was awful.

Logan - I don't generally buy into the "he's not even trying" line because 99% of the time that isn't the case, and it's a criticism I use sparingly, but he genuinely looked like he could not be arsed today.

There was one point where we had won a throw in near their corner flag, an attacking throw-in and a chance to put bodies into the box. Logan picked the ball up near the dugout and decided to take the throw in from there - no-where near where we had won it - and he threw it backwards towards our own half where it was then played back to Lewis. It summed up our lack of urgency.

Frustrating thing is - comparing that to the Hibs defeat at Easter Road. That day Hibs were very good and we didn't match them. Today, Hearts were shite as well but we gifted them two goals.

Anyway - Tynecastle looking decent now with that new stand. Although amazing how basic the new main stand is, how long it's taking them to finish, and how shite their "modern" stadium is facilities wise in the away end - needed a snorkel in the toilet pre-match and the place is just rusting away.

Fuck all else on so went back to the start.

First 5 minutes. Shockingly off the pace. Fuck sake Derek.

Next 15. Actually played our way back in. Consi hoorya unlucky.

Goal 1. Fuck off Naismith. Goal comes from Stewart fucking about in midfield not sure who hes picking up. Harsh to blame him specifically. April and we dont know our best 11. Fuck sake.

Goal 2. Waste precious seconds looking for our across the back 4 and repeat pincer movement. Unlucky with the actual deflection but umpteen chances to clear before that.

Any chance the RedTV guys asked him why he changed the team? (rhetorical question).

It was the same set-up as the team that beat St Johnstone 4-1 - except McGinn in for GMS.

He changed it in midweek to cope with Motherwell's physicality.

Next week biggest game of McInnes era.

No it isn't. It's not even in the top five.

Sorry forgot Hearts aren't a physical team.

McGinn was absolutely fucking toilet, lucky if he touched the ball 5 times

If he had been playing the whole Hearts midfield would be on the treatment table and Naismith would be in wards 1,4,5,10 and 12 of Edinburgh Infirmary.

Bett was class, even when he was done he was one of Hearts best players......we need another one please :(
