  1. Was curious bout his style. Looked up a couple of sites. Read or ignore. Despite reference to 433, his teams play a pressing 4231 more than not. High energy and high pressing up the park. Forward players not expected to track back and instead to stay in high positions. Width the main attack focus. Wing play is essential. Ball playing CHs important and play starts from the back with a passing game. Not long ball. He has a definitive style but you'll know if you've the players to accommodate. Elfsborg squad valued 18.2m vs Aberdeen at 13.6m so their players aren't hugely out of Aberdeen's budget to target one or two of the squad. All joking aside I want a strong competitive league outside the Glasgow pair. And Hibs.
  2. Isn't there a thread about bottom six and how you'll avoid the playoff spot if you can outmanoeuvre Ross County? 🤔 Didn't you used to have average Shankland, now you've got Gueye? 🤔
  3. We got a lot of points where we were unconvincing. But far from shite Clark, Kent, Kingsley, Cochrane, Shankland especially have been a grade above the rest of the league. Nieuwenhoff has improved hugely. Notable performances and cameos from Forrest, Oda, Rowles, Atkinson. I'm getting more upbeat bout Dhanda and Spittal. And Penrice is a sensible addition. Rumours of Phillips. Hoovering the best of the rest for little outlay. Leaves majority of our budget for RB, another CH, and a partner for Shankland. We'll be over the horizon from you by November 2024. Too much reconstruction needed at both Aberdeen and Hibs.
  4. Tidy wee player for lower levels but never first XI for Hearts or Aberdeen.
  5. Hibs not moaning bout the remaining Dundee fixture. They've said it's OK now.
  6. Hearts introduced a pretty strict loyalty points system to avoid The Rangers fans buying tickets for our end. But has made it harder for walk up fans to buy. Has only recently been relaxed. But we've fans in England with only a few points saying still struggling. Someone on Kickback counted empty seats available for sale this am, and got to 1,765. We'll have a full end.
  7. 40 quid when we're all struggling, but even if you don't like us, you should be supporting our fight for equal allocation. Or don't moan when you get 14k tickets for a final.
  8. Hibs have spent a fortune by their standards. Now moaning. Bout Dundee. In case they don't make the top half of the league.
  9. Like you were. When getting out of a playoff cos of Falkirk's stadium.
  10. I'm gonna guess you mean 86. Dundee were going for Europe. Hearts fans hate St Mirren more for that season. Lying down and celebrating with Celtic after. It's more Dundee's role in voting as we were relegated unfairly 19/20 in an unfinished season along with Partick, Stranraer. I look forward to them folding, and nobody caring. Dundee should be a one team city anyway. Utd is enough.
  11. Dundee accounts. £2.8m loss. £6.2m shareholders deficit. Good.
  12. That's me in my place. We'll likely sell out. I only meant if a couple of hundred left. Not quite the same if you gave away 12,000 tickets free to schools. But well done anyway on a smart post.
  13. Will be close but if even a few hundred left I hope the club gives them to school kids for free since we now have to pay for them anyway. I want the Glasgow pair and SFA to know there are clubs outside their postcode that can sell out at Hampden.
  14. Daily Ranger still raging Hearts had the front to demand half the stadium vs their team. So they run a story we're struggling to sell 5k tickets and will have to pay up over 100k to SFA. In reality we got nearly 22,000 tickets, and seats still available look like around 2,100 or so, with every likelihood they'll be sold.
