#1748293 Hun Cunts 0 - 2 Aberdeen (Replay)

Posted by RedForever on 07 March 2019 - 03:14 PM

Huns should be given 424 tickets for the next game up here.

That's if Milne had any balls

I wouldn't give them any tickets, pretty sure the toilets and seats get damaged every time the manky bastards come calling, ban them all

#1732801 January Transfer Window 2019

Posted by RedForever on 01 February 2019 - 12:01 AM

Aye you're right, at that rate we needed to get 10 in just to make it to the end of the season.

Are you really arguing we have less cover than we have had the first half of the season? Tansey, Forrester and Reynolds haven't featured. McLennan has taken over Wright's place in the squad and Stewart is an upgrade on Anderson.

Jesus min! Yes! We have 5 first team squad players now than we did in the first half of the season so tell me how that’s not less cover?

Whatever way you dress it up, the facts are five out and one in from the first team squad during this transfer window at the moment not the greatest approach for the second half of a hard fought season when you factor in we seem to have more than our fair share of lengthy injuries.

#1723208 The Mckenna Dilemma

Posted by RedForever on 15 January 2019 - 01:56 PM

McKenna grew up a Celtic fan did he not ?

Hanz, he may have but to be fair its irrelevant. the only things of relevance is If Celtic make an offer in whatever shape that is, does it match Aberdeen's valuation of him and are Aberdeen willing to sell their biggest current asset to a competitor in the same league and as others have suggested strengthen the area that they have struggled with

Apart from the obvious big two budgets who around us has really done good business so far? Killie have lost there best player and are probably going to lose there second best player. Hibs have signed Gauld but in the process have lost Ambrose, Boyle and Hyndman.

Hearts have signed some unknown czech striker that was a deal done from back in the summer.

Unfortunately the market were in we may have to wait longer than the two arse cheeks for players as we can't match certain wages etc. We have to give it until the window shuts and then evaluate how we've done as more movement happens towards the end.

The one that disappoints me is McCormack to Motherwell, that's the type of signing I think would have been brilliant for us.

Well the person who made the decision is a Dundee United fan, who are well renowned for their bias towards Rangers.

Less than 24 hours after Aberdeen beat Rangers and you & Caledonia are scanning the BBC site looking for things to be offended about. Pair of fucking blouses.

A bit harsh from you, I am completely delighted with the result last night, and not offended at all  I was simply asking you a question as you seemed to defend your employer regarding it being called biased without much to back it up as it clearly is biased!

There's a Cosgrove video aswell asking the same thing, we just haven't published it yet, along with about 12 videos that were cut last night. I should know - I was there until about 2am doing them.

Getting your knickers in a twist over nothing.

So if the BBC is unbiased why is the Morelos one published but the Cosgrove one not???

#1700444 James Wilson - Our New Number 9

Posted by RedForever on 05 December 2018 - 01:31 PM

Everyone keeps saying get rid. Htf can we get rid of a player whose loan contract runs until the end of the season? Only way would be for the player to agree to ripping up the contract but Manure have no incentive to take him back.....we are covering a portion of his wages (£5k/week if rumours are to be believed).....why on earth would MU want to take him back and pay that portion themselves? I realise that it's chicken feed to their overall expenditure  but just don't see them agreeing to us stopping the payments.

No idea what the loan contract says or how it is structured but its not beyond comprehension that there will be some sort of clauses in there to say if it is not working for one party or another the loan can be terminated. Shit attitude and not trying would be enough reason in my book

#1687641 League Cup 18/19

Posted by RedForever on 08 November 2018 - 03:15 PM

LOL

Surely that is better than the current situation. So what if we got half then hand back 3,000, we would still have had 23,000 there instead of 18,000.

People are desensitised to the corruption of Scottish football where they believe we somehow got a good deal.

There will not be 18000 thousand there, we are receiving more tickets to make up to the 20,000 so there will be 20K Aberdeen fans at the final, I want and think there should be a 50/50 split as well but my point is the very poor ticket sales for the semi final after the club argued for a 50/50 split made it a more difficult discussion

18000 sold and now we are sold out.

So the 20k was only PR?

Hardly seems a big deal that we underwrote 16,800 now.

True but how were the club to know that after fighting and getting a 50/50 split for the semi final and then having shit ticket sales and having to give back

His mate is a cunt for putting that out there.

Agreed, the bigger question is though why the fuck is Logan mates with a Hun in the first place

#1676371 League Cup 18/19

Posted by RedForever on 16 October 2018 - 12:31 PM

I still think that the club should have stuck with the origional allocation they gave us. It gave us the potential to have 20,000 or just 16,000 if we didn't manage to sell enough. I am pleased that the club is standing up for it's self & it's fans, but they have made a rip roaring cunt of this.

What we need to do as fans is buy up the allocation of 20600 that the club fought for and do our bit to get it up the Huns on the 28th!!!

#1652712 Celtic: Aberdeen's Scott Mckenna's Rise 'a Surprise' - Gemmill

Posted by RedForever on 22 August 2018 - 11:51 AM

He never said it was a "surprise".  Surprise suggests that it's a negative thing, and wasn't expected.

His exact, on the article anyways, words were "astonishing" which is a far more positive way of putting it.

BBC, SKY, The Sun and Daily Record can all fuck off

It is such a poor headline aimed at the west coast masses, and to make it sound as we should bite their hand off at £3.5M While what he actually said was "The speed of his progression has been phenomenal," Gemmill told BBC Scotland.

It's a real testament to Scott's character and determination" get that as the headline and by the way the fee is now £12M for your cheek of the £3.5M bid

£3.5M and a sell on fee is actually a pretty good offerl I think.  I could be wrong but I don't think we've sold any player for a large fee since Eoin Jess which was a club record at the time., £1.75M rings a bell?

Sums up what's wrong with the small thinking surrounding the club. How is £3.5M from our closest rival a good offer when we value him  closer to the £10M mark???

Jess fee irrelevant considering it was 22 years ago when the football world was a completely different place

#1651584 Summer Transfer Window 2018

Posted by RedForever on 20 August 2018 - 10:44 AM

Club need to stand firm but i could see us caving for anything over 3 million tbh. Just cant say no to that kind of money i'm afraid..

The unwashed will add in christie i would imagine on a permanent deal. If we do sell we better bloody make sure we have somebody ready to be signed up the transfer window shuts in 11 days..

£4M Christie and Griffiths on perm deals then we should think about it otherwise GTF
