Good , obviously expected, 3 points.

I thought we played nae bad considering the opposition tactics and the complete fuckwittery of the ref.

Hope we dinna get that balloon too often this season.

 

Lewis had 2 decent saves.

Both from defensive fuck ups by Arnason then Reynolds/Considine.

 

Arnason and McLean real poor showings.

 

Not impressed with Wright when introduced in Cyprus, running into and bundling fortuitously through defenders.

What I did notice though, was that he put a few very decent balls into the box towards the end.

He was better on the ball in this match but also maintained decent final product in variety of shots, passes and good crosses.

Better crossing it would appear than we would get from Hayes and McGinn who would generally fuck every other cross up.

Was skeptical in terms of my hopes for him, but he played very well.

Best dandy along with Christie & AOC.

 

Chuffed for AOC and Storey getting their goals.

Very tidy finishing.

 

Is it possible we could start to see from Storey this season more what we expected him to bring us last season?

Probably not, knowing our luck.
