  1. Might be a bit tasty. Huns in the house and zero segregation
  2. For a salary of over £650k (significantly over, to tempt MoN) I’d be looking at a far better manager than him
  3. Aye, Pat Fenton’s agent, it would appear. Was 2011 and the interview was from 2015
  4. You’d have to imagine we’ve already spoken to him, indirectly of course, and been given an encouraging response.
  5. Yeah but you have to remember, O’Neil did a Sportsound Monday night interview with Kenny Macintyre a few years back, where he claimed somebody in Scottish football was creating a false narrative that he (O’Neil) had a problem with the booze, and as a consequence, the job he was offered (I can’t recall if it was the Hibs vacancy or maybe Dunfermline) got pulled off the table. He never did reveal who that whistle blower was
  6. If O’Neil is pontificating, and the issue isn’t compensation to the Northern Irish FA, then presumably, the issue is his wages and his budget?
  7. Total non piece but what is clear, to me anyway, is that all the eggs are in the MoN basket, just a case of compensation?
  8. Wouldn’t surprise me if the club delay the traditional pre match presser by a day, see if O’Neil caves in
  9. Course we would be. But we are where we are. I just think a decent up and coming manager, or an older head, whatever, looks at us, and probably reckons he could have us more or less safe even before the split happens. And then next season is a whole new ball game
  10. Yeah and we know why. But that’s not what we are debating. You’re saying managers are shiteing it in case we get relegated. I’m saying they find out the structure here and get wind of Cormack’s meddling, THAT’s why they get cold feet
  11. If you are an up and coming foreigner, you look at AFC and sense a great opportunity. Move out the spineless cunts in the summer and move your players in. Snowflake managers? If your worried about a backlash from the fans, maybe football management isn’t for you
  12. Tend to agree. Any decent manager backs himself, and could probably screw a bonus out of Cormack if he keeps us up, plus a contractual assurance his job if safe even if we did go down. Like McInnes back in 2013, this is a good time to take over AFC, as the only way is up (baby) If our current predicament puts off any perspective managers, then fuck ‘em
  13. And so therefore will probably happen. Dear God, why and how did it come to this?
