Lad at work reckons there are 3400 people with enough points to buy in the first wave.

2 of my fellow bed wetters on social media reckoned that 3400 people had DNA & a season ticket. I still think that phase one will shock everyone like the Ibrox matches did last year.

both ibrox matches went to general sale so that would be a good outcome

It certainly would be. My point is though that they wanted 150 for the 1st match & 159 in the 2nd match. Which shocked a lot of people. My prediction is 200 for the 1st phase for Burnley away.

It will be interesting to say the least.

There are two potential scenarios i see....

They make the first/second phase a very high amount of points to generate further AberDNA sales for those just outwith the loyalty points required, which could generate a couple 100 extra DNA sales.

Or... They freeze AberDNA sales from when the selling phases are announced to prevent people buying their way to ticket (who haven't signed up for AberDNA already).

Will be interesting to see if they follow suit with Burnley and tickets have to be picked up in person with I.D.

Phase 1 - could see it being 250 points plus, dropping by 30 loyalty points for each phase until sell out.

I honestly can't wait for the twitter and Facebook rants and bed wetting when it's announced.

I hope its not that high! But it wouldnt surprise me. The main difference between Ibrox and this, is that there is DNA now & ibrox was about 900 seats this is 2400. Either way i've wet the bed a number of times now.

I'd also like to see a back track on the dropping of points from three seasons ago

.... which obviously dilutes the dna effect

People predicting 200+ are forgetting 16/17 points are due to drop off before these go on sale.

I think the maximum points someone could be sitting on is 189 if this is right:

17/18 Black & Gold Season Ticket - 50

18/19 Season Ticket - 40

AberDNA Premium - 40

All extra 17/18 home games - 20 (2 in Europe, 3 in Scottish Cup - 4 points each)

All 17/18 away games - 39 (19 league - 1 point each, 2 league cup - 2 points each, 2 Scottish Cup - 4 points each, 2 Europe - 4 points each)

Can only be a handful of people who've done 100% of games and have B&G/DNA but would guess there would be a lot at the 150 point which would be every home game.

I doubt phase one will be 250 points. It's usually around 150-180 ish for big games, like a cup final etc. I don't see them going that much higher for a game against Burnley.

Doesn't matter what other games have been. It's all to do with the allocation we get and how many people are on certain points levels. If we have 2500 tickets to sell and 2400 people have 160 points they will set it there for phase 1 to guarantee those people then drop it down in steps from there.

Agree with this kind of. I think points should drop off 2 years from the date of the game you got them for. Would avoid a big cut each summer for away regulars just as the DNA'ers are getting their extra 40 points.

Well obviously & so do I unless I am 100% sure of my 'source'
I am only relaying what i have heard from supporters I know. They may have made it up but I guess time will tell.

Hibs have a wage cap & a strick wage structure & they were surprised when the signed Stokes & he was willing to take what they offer.
They have already failed in attracting That LB Celtic had because of this & there are rumblings of them maybe being a bit more flexible regarding wage structures but they won't go crazy & risk going down the Hearts route after the mess they got in.

Make up your mind.  They are either doubling their wage budget to about 125% of turnover or they aren't?

I reckon your spoon burning chums are having you on

Suppose it'd be too much to ask the club to have the brains to set the bar at the highest 2,400.

They made a complete cunt of the Limassol tickets last year

Aye but ibrox has little appeal for most. Loads more than 2400 want tickets for this one.

As NEM says, the club should look at the top 2400 points holders total and set it there. Anything else and they'll have done a "Limasol".

It is nae difficult really but I've zero confidence in that weegie pap (nae MT) who is at the helm of the ticket office.

Made a cunt of it last year and did you see the state of the folk in Limassol?

All European away games should be 250 points and males only initially need apply. Drop the amount by 50 per day until it gets to 50 then allow women and kids with 300 points to apply.

Sorted!

As long as me and my crew (copyright BMG) get to go they can fuck it up as much as they want.

Some major shopping to do in Burnley on game night.

Burnley will be in the same boat as us re away tickets.

Buy 2 for Pittodrie, sell one to a Burnley supporter and he does the same down there for you.

Sorted as long as you don't mind sitting at Turf Moor with Burnley supporters, ferrets, whippets etc.

Some stato twat work out how many games The Dons have played in Europe since Burnley last played there.  I'm going to guess 83.

Would fully expect Pittodrie to be sold out too especially with folk buying 2 tickets to get one in home end at Turf Moor.
