  1. The balance in our midfield is shocking. You often see Clarkson and Barron both dropping back in line with the back 4 to take the ball then turning and obviously have nobody ahead of them to pass to as that's where they should be. Shinnie, Clarkson and Barron all spend the game running around like headless chickens when we don't have the ball too leaving huge gaps in the middle of pitch all the time.
  2. I did say he "tried" to play better football, not necessarily succeeding in doing so though. That's more on the confidence / quality of the players we have though which isn't really down to Leven As above - the players don't seem capable of playing great football, but that's on the board and Robson not on Leven.
  3. To me he at least seems to be the best of a really bad bunch we've had this season. Tries to play a better style of football rather than lumping it up the park all the time, the defence seems a bit tighter and he talks quite honestly in the press conferences without throwing boring cliches and phrases around at every opportunity. Averaging 1.50 points per match in charge so easily the best manager we've had all season.
  4. Edit - he’s the youth manager. Bring back Robson
  5. We were in for Kerr in January, so I’d be surprised if we don’t try again in summer. Kelly is no better than Roos. No thanks
  6. Actually forgot Shinnie was sent off, so irate I was with Duncan’s cameo. Getting a second yellow for a clear bookable offence after getting his first yellow for a clear bookable offence should be something he’s punished by the club for. Complete stupidity, and as captain he should know better (we know he doesn’t by now)
  7. Couldn’t even control simple passes to him. Needs a loan for sure, but he’s never gonna be good enough for AFC
  8. Entertaining enough 1st half. Abysmal 2nd half. Not sure why we stopped getting the ball out wide to Duk. Also how bad was Ryan Duncan? Jesus fuck looked like he’d never played football before
  9. Same. Some of the wifeys goals were embarrassingly poor, along with the goalkeeping
  10. Jimmy demolished Copenhagen 4-0. I think that second 45 mins was the best I've ever seen us play in my 31 years on this earth so far
  11. On the whole can't disagree with this. A disgrace that over the past 20 years we've only had 2 managers who have been any good. Personally I feel Brown gets a harder time than he deserves from some. Inherited an absolute shower of shit but McInnes would never have had the early success he did without Brown's work beforehand.
  12. Quite a few people both here and in the media keep stating that Cormack needs to show patience. He's showed plenty up until now if you ask me. I'd argue he's showed Glass, Goodwin and Robson months more than they deserved (and McInnes was leaving anyway before someone says it)
  13. Can't dispute that the money has been largely wasted, but they point was that Cormack has at least made that money to be wasted available
  14. 400+ pages of that thread could have been removed for being off topic / shit posts
