Hook nosed clown
We can do better

Agreed...I’m not sure if it was the “burden” of the captaincy or...more likely...being constantly played out of position...he’s regressed since joining and can now Fuck off...

Mulumbu and Johnny Russell and a left back and we'd be pretty bloody good.

Fantasy stuff chief...I’ll wager if we sign anyone...google will be most folks go to.

Gerrard would not be sacked for 3rd this season

He's delusional chief...was claiming Andy Murray would win Wimbledon this year on another thread

The crying is enormously bent.

Extremely...it totally detracts from any of his sporting prowess when he starts blubbing...gay in the extreme

Birmingham have a transfer embargo. Surely taking him back to give him a game?

One would have thought so...it is usually the objective of the club doing the loaning...get their player back to sharpness...I would imagine if Derek had done what Steve Clarke has done this season...last season...Stewart would never have been on loan at Kilmarnock...

Plus some baffling selection/tactical decisions. Even a novice like me can spot some glaring errors in judgment, Speaking of which could May and Mcginn not swap positions (mentioned this in another thread) take the goal scoring pressure off a player who is good on the ball but cant score and play a proven striker up front who seems to go missing for long periods unless he is in a goal scoring position

Mentioned similar before...the tramp looks a lot better at tackling than he does in front of goal...McGinn playing striker would also pay homage to the only decision the GWT got right during his time as manager...much as that would annoy me.

I wouldn't be against Joe coming back, he's only 26. He's a right footed centre back though?

Again the mangers ego may not allow...

I'm guessing no teeth McGinley.

It could also be a down right lie...that’s happened before on a few occasions...

Nah I always wanted Shearer over Robertson. I think Miller did too as from memory he tried to sign him first but Shearer decided to sign for his big hero Dalglish at Blackburn. Miller then went in for Robertson but got rejected. In the meantime Dalglish signed a certain Alan Shearer and then decided that Dunc could leave if he wanted so Miller pounced and got his man. From memory the fee was around £500k and he then paid £400k for Paatelainen. £900k for those two was far better value than paying £900k for Robertson (in my opinion anyway).

It was a good days work when he signed big Dunc for sure...made all the better when he spotted an aggressive midfielder when finalising the Shearer deal...Rico.

Did we just take Ferguson for free?
Pointless even posting that if you miss out the fucking good signings.

Signing...singular...if you take out Lewis (probably on advice from Marshall) and the no brainers like GMS...Dereks signings are in the main a complete disaster.

It was your pipe that leaked so you are responsible...stop hiding behind the insurance bs...that could drag...pay for the repair and get the insurance sorted later...it’s quite unbelievable that you are willing to fall out with the tenant of your shared cottage over a few hundred pounds...get it paid chief and you might be able to repair the damage your meanness has already caused...its Xmas ffs.

I'm delighted people are starting to see the value of having May in the squad, finally.
Great player in the Scottish top flight, went to England and lost his way through lack of playing time, came back to Scotland after Aberdeen paid 400k for him,  lacked sharpness and fitness, and only scored a very small amount of goals in his first 20 or so games, meaning fans getting on his back because they've no fucking patience. . Definitely still a player in there, and all he needs is good service and a decent forward he can forge a partnership with. But even when he's not scoring he's an asset in other ways.
I've just described Charlie Nicholas, by the way.
Nicholas was, admittedly, twice the player Stevie May was, but then the league was of a way higher quality at the time and the Aberdeen midfield creating chances for him were Simmie, Grant,  Jess,  Mason, and Jim Bett...
In May's favour, his workrate is about 5 times that of Nicholas'...
In Nicholas' favour, in that second season, his striking partner was Hans Gilhaus.... whereas May has either no-one or Sam Cosgrove...
Anyway... May... was delighted we signed him at the time, still am, just like I was with Nicholas.

Ridiculous comparison...Nicholas was almost a goal every 2 games...a closer comparison would be Mackie...bags of effort but little end product...
