  1. because he has a job and is (maybe) increasing his leverage like any worker would do. or something else
  2. luckily he isnt a 13 years old in high school. im sure he can tak eit
  3. i dont think he (O'Neill) is fucking us about. labour using its leverage to get a better deal is normal. we'd all do it if we could. and there is nothing wrong with it. he has something a business wants and he wants the best deal. its up to us to meet that or go away. if we walk away, or if he walks away, or is uncertain, thats also a very normal occurrence.
  4. thats the spirit. could win the league next year
  5. on the other hand, we should have several million coming in for Ferguson and Miovski.....assuming we dont get relegated there is a presumably a nice transfer budget available. its far from the worse job in the SPHell
  6. Honestly the less they say the better. Apart from telling us they are appointing someone not useless, anyone speaking their brains from afc is likely to be making it worse
  7. the lack of sunlight on this is staggering really. Hearts get 50% cos the club bought the tickets but no indication thats actually a new rule...it just kinda happened. its just weird. they are averaging 1300 more than us per home game, so is it about that? what if it was 1000 more, 500 more? does that count. what are the criteria?
  8. so, going forward, if a team offers to buy the tickets upfront are they guaranteed 50/50?

i live here. im not changing a keyboard to uk just to post. and its well documented that the US subsidizes european social welfare systems via our OTT defense spending. the US is the #1 destination for immigrants. the reason? better opportunities. we have issues here but opportunity isnt one of them

its actually difficult. you'd bump into things all the time and its difficult to pee without missing the toilet bowl. my eyes arent closed though, they acknowledge there are things governments ought to keep secret but they often over-classify stuff, which leads to a vacuum which can be easily filled with conspiracy bullpucky. again, the systems that some sort of cabal of the rich are alleged to control are just too complex to be controlled. sure, things are skewed towards the rich and the famous, we have a 2 tier justice system, the tax system isnt progressive enough, and the rest, but its not like they can push a button and make things happen....its simply doesnt work that way.

look, y'all can slander america as much as you want but as an american tax payer i can say y'all ought to be grateful we have subsidized your welfare states, your public healthcare and transportation etc etc. without us subsidizing your defense europe would be way worse off. as it is youve been able to invest money in social programs instead of defending yourself. i will note y'all seem to be paying a little more recently. good job. keep it up. the love for putin on this forum is depressing.
  12. thing is, with duk and miovski he was never going to be an every game player where he could build up his game time. if those 2 leave he will get a chance along with sokler. in the meantime hope he does well in norway.
  13. the reason you want to exclude a whole bunch of deaths from the early part of the pandemic is because those were clearly skewing the rolling data. if you want to track the ongoing excess deaths, if there are any, then having that data being inflated by early covid deaths would heavily skew it. if they wanted to "hustle us" or if they wanted to scare us they'd just keep those deaths in, so what they are doing is the opposite of what you are saying. the reason they wouldnt base estimates on whether covid is mentioned on a death certificate is because those recording it dont have access to perfect information or necessarily the time. if someone has cancer and dies, but they had covid at some point, why would you put covid on the death certificate? how would they know? what you are trying to do is estimate the excess deaths during a period and clearly a worldwide fucking pandemic, with no vaccine, that kills people is a clear suspect in those excess deaths. edit:spelling
