Won't it also be Crotty and anyone else who loaned money for the training facilities? Loans turned to equity?

If going ahead with the grand opening on Oct 31st then sounds like we are confident this phase of the project will be completing before too long (ie this year)

Seven weeks to go, and we;ll finally be a semi-functional professional outfit in a training sense anyway.

That jokes got no legs.......

Did The Rangers stump up to buy it?

I feel we’ve never got to the crutch of the matter......

Murray was terrible at running Rangers in Europe, couldn’t hold on over two legs......

Yeah, think I’ve killed that

Who's shares?  Or were they newly created meaning the money goes into the club?

New video about the progress of the training ground. I’m no expert but it doesn’t look remotely close to being finished to me.

I will reserve judgement until completed but looked pretty basic. Don’t seem to get much for 12 million these days.

Folk on here will have a far better idea than me but what would the breakdown of costs be for a training ground ?? 1milliion for the pro pitch 500k each for 2x 3G pitches ???
Even if 500k for other 3 pitches then would still leave 8.5million for the buildings.. again , I am clueless and complete guesswork but that building doesn’t look like 6-8million worth..

How much would the land cost? Or is that separate to the £12m? And if it is included in the £12m, presumably that also would cover the cost of purchasing the land for phase 2 as well?

It does look really fucking basic doesn't it.

But then again I don't think 12m does really go that far tbh.

Having said that I've been to the Hibs facility and it's absolutely shite compared to our new one. Half of the Hibs one appears to be old cow sheds with a few five a side pitches jammed in. It's a fucking shambles.

So.. I suppose by Scottish Football standards this will be pretty good.

Access roads, paths, landscaping, floodlights, putting in all the utilities and that sort of shit I guess.

Let’s face it. It looks fucking shite and tiny.

Sure it was pointed out many times including by myself that everything looked small. Those rooms are tiny and look like prison cell windows. The gym is 1/3 the size of any health club. First team dressing room a box.

The facility is looking great. There is lots of work still to be done but we have almost two months before the grand opening.

Fucking hell, you must be a barrel of laughs to be around with your positive go ahead attitude.

Will it be better than training in a plethora of dog shit strewn public parks - aye.

Do we have the budget to build a training complex Barcelona would be envious of, no but what we are getting will be a hell of a step up on anything we have ever had and no doubt on a par with or even better than the vast majority of other professional football teams in the UK.

Just knock it off with them negative waves as someone once said.
