The Mckenna Dilemma

Recommended Posts

Cunt should have put in the transfer request 2 weeks ago & give us a chance to replace him, money (if true) is good but timing is shite

we've got until September to replace him, chill oot and given that we work two windows in advance the club should already have a list of targets.

Sky news said fuck all about Forest willing to pay £7m.

Dons holding out on their £7m valuation but Forest remain keen.

No bid.

Given that Fraser & Gunn have stayed behind would I be correct to assume that, if we receive an English bid that matches our valuation, McKenna will be off before the game?

Cannot possibly entertain such a notion, especially given that our match fit central defence specialists would be restricted to big Andy. No idea how close to fitness Devlin is but, surely, not close enough to cover 90 minutes and give us a chance of a clean sheet?

I'm with Derek in the contempt I hold for Scott, his agent and the various sides south of the border. The timing and treatment of the Dons is totally disgusting.

Why would they need to stay behind? Have they not got phones and email in Croatia?

Just find it strange that they were both reported to be travelling originally.

Something doesn't smell right from my perspective.

Hopefully our decent start to season doesn't get effected by the selfish and tardy actions of a few.

Hardly tin pot. The boy is on the plane, he's been telt who's boss.

Looks like we are holding out for a 7m fee for a boy that was on loan in the lower divisions in Scotland 18 months ago. If we get that it will be the second highest transfer fee received by a Scottish club outside the arse cheeks and probably in or around the top 10 Scottish transfer fees received ever? Would also be about 4 times our record transfer fee received.
