  1. Far more opportunities to invest your pension in things not related to the stock market. Last 5 years have returned an average of 50% growth pension wise.
  2. As long as your happy with that explanation I suppose.
  3. Technically just afternoon and evening drinking then, hardly the 'day drinking today' you claim 🙄 Nar like you to over estimate the things you do now is it 😉
  4. With a sprinkling of SNP party officials and MSP's, some said as many as 99.
  5. Why? Any employer will offer a private pension plan and I thought you could only opt out if you could prove you had previously reached the maximum pension contribution limit.
  6. Remember though, "independence feels frustratingly close". Personally, it feels like it's not even being discussed anymore. There has been more focus on topics nowhere near the top of the list for your average voter, namely LGBTQ and the failed return deposit scheme, that I cannot think of any independent focused rhetoric coming from the SNP of late. As someone who believes Scotland should be an independent country, it's frustrating to witness the standard of politicians (throughout Parliament) at present and one thing is for sure, independence feels as far as way as it has been for decades.
  7. Enjoy a chippy before going to toddlers to watch the footy do you?
  8. It's that time of the year again when the Football gossip stories have the usual made up crap along the lines of - "Rangers are preparing a "insert any figure between £5m and £10m" bid for highly rated "insert English Championship Team" player "insert some name nae bastard has heard of" but are facing competition from Arsenal, Man U and Chelsea for his signature." Guess what, he ain't signing and they ain't even made a bid.
  9. Flynn was apparently one of the loudest voices urging Humza to end the BHA and his reputation with the party hierarchy has taken a bit of a hit. That said, he's got to be the future for the SNP and he's a decent speaker. Pity he's a Utd fan like.
  10. Oh go get yourself a sense of humour min! The sun is shining and the beer is cold!
