Would the difference be that huge if you take into account the bonuses they'd get for runs to domestic cup Finals, Champions League Qualifiers, Champions League groups and the inevitable Europa League ties with Celtic? They wouldn't get that with the Southampton's of the EPL.

It's a great selling point that Celtic have to offer to very talented young foreign players. But that's all Celtic are to them a short term launching pad to move onto a far bigger stage and the riches that come with it.
