Who is the NL mentioned, excuse my ignorance? (innocence?)

A guy on twitter is saying Shamima Begum has been told she can come back to the UK if she takes the Aberdeen job. Better than nothing like.

His heid looks too big for his body there, like Frank Sidebottom or something. -

Hetherston once drove past me in Coatbridge, as I was walking near Kirkwood train station. (I knew it was him as , for some reason, he had his name in Italics on the car doors - maybe a sponsorship thing?) I will need to keep that quiet now, I used to dine out on that FFS. -

When at High school, I used to get great mileage out of stating Bett was better than McStay, indeed the best midfielder in Scotland. Sellick dweebs would be howling in outrage. Great days. -
The wife and I went around the Roman stuff in 2011 I think it was. it was a glorious sunny day I recall. There are some UNESCO Churches too. Plus St Matthias Benedictine Abbey. And the house where Karl Marx was born (visit so you can spit as you pass lol). We were back in 2017. A beautiful city to walk around too. No end to its charms really! Looking forward to going back - one of the kids (P4) was learning about the Romans in School recently, so it will tie up well with that. I have always been suspicious of the Belgians lol, but may take your advice. Luxembourg worth visiting? Of course, the real beer pilgrimage to be made in this area imo is to the town of Bitburg and its brewery (was there in 2017, doubt the miserable missus would go back lol).

What an excellent cast BoB has.

Colour Sergeant Bourne in fine fettle here, while Private Hitch gasps for air. I know all the commands etc from the film, such that I would be competent to command an Infantry Company of the period.

Haha yes, I think that game was the start of my unease and coloured my view! -
Holiday booked to the German Reich. We were flirting with visiting the black forest, in the end we plumped for the Moselle Valley again, near Trier. Beautiful, good weather, loads to do and see, very few english speakers (mainly yank tourists in trier) and only ~4 hours drive from Amsterdam (going through Belgium) meaning I have time for a bit of doobie shopping after we get off the ferry. Arriving end of June - though Id give the boche some time to recover after we fuck them in the opening game of the euros! Hooray!

I would always hate it when Snelders was out and we had to play Michael Watt. I was only young and was maybe unfair to him! -

Always remember a game a sellick park in the days of terracing, when announcing the Aberdeen team the fans were cheering each name. Until it got to Winnie's name, which drew an audible groan from the fans! Felt bad for him! Edit - to be fair, he had a decent career overall and he was with us longer than I thought (just checked). Done well for himself after hanging up his boots too.
