NEM
Anyone who thinks Curtis Main is a better player than Lawrence Shankland deserve the AFC that we've got. I wouldn't be at all surprised if DMc's stubbornness meant #ShankTheTank wasn't even approached during the summer... Curtis Fucking Main... A charlatan of a footballer... Another classic McInnes signing...There’s no disputing Main is an abortion of a signing but you’re clueless if you think that spaceship heeded hun bastard shanklands the answer Link to comment

South Stand Seagull
For me the most depressing thing about yesterday was our complete lack of quality, imagination, flair, risk taking, creativity and purpose. It was like an end of season affair. Reminded me of one of mcinnes’ first games; a 0-0 draw away to St Mirren. Gallacher’s performance was embarrassingly bad. He dribbled it out of play, ran into their players, miscontrolled the ball, lost out on a one on one after a ball over the top, and, failed to hit a corner past the nearest defender. 1/10. Hopefully he will not play for us again. Ever. Positives: Logan wasn’t rubbish. We didn’t lose. And, em, it was quite sunnyTook the words right off my fingertips. Lack of imagination and creativity is glaring. Where is the off-ball movement? From the away end you could clearly see not one forward player making any moves when the back four passed between each other. Literally just standing there waiting for a long ball to be hit. While Gallagher didn’t have the best game, at least he tried to take on defenders.. maybe a bit poorly, but at least his desire seemed to be there for me. Nice co-mingling between fans prior to kickoff at the hotel bar outside with the sunshine.. not too bad of a day out actually, considering it was in Kilmarnock. Link to comment
alscotoz
Why the fuck are people comparing a striker who's playing a league below? Dumb. I'll pull a name out of thin air. Jamie Vardy. Think he played several leagues below when snapped up by a club firther up the food chain. Thousands of examples. 1 Link to comment
StandFree1982
Didn't see the game, just the highlights. But it looks like we're really struggling to break down sides every week. Maybe this is a coincidence, but the games where we've looked the most dangerous was when Scott Wright was playing. He's clearly not everyones cup of tea and he's a bit of a fairy, but we look far more dangerous on the break with him in the side than without ATM. Why were Hedges and McGinn benched today? Gallagher looks like he's regressed, or he flattered to deceive in the first few games and has gone back to his normal self? From the highlights, the boy Vyner looks really weak and is going to cost us a few goals if he's going to be McKennas, whilst out injured, replacement Link to comment
BWG
You don't break down teams in McInnesball, you just launch it up to the big lump and hope that it somehow results in a goal. Link to comment

aberdeen1970
He obviously wants to get Bryson, Ojo and Ferguson in the same team. Problem is that leaves us with one less attacking player in a side hat's already struggling to break teams down. He finally starts Wilson and then more ore less leaves him out to dry by dropping McGinn AND Hedges and playing Gallagher instead. Why couldn't we have had Wilson and Hedges and McGinn/McLennan in the same team? Is that too much to ask for? Killie have been struggling like us. We could have taken 3 points there if he'd shown a bit of ambition. Instead the team selection it makes it look like he was happy with a point. Link to comment
Durrant Dived
Worst game I've ever been to that we haven't actually lost. Utter shit. Link to comment

I'm not seeing any creativity in the midfield 3 of Ferguson, Ojo and Bryson. Cosgrove, although a goalscorer, is not blessed with making runs off the ball. So that leaves us with the onus on our 2 wingers creating chances. To do that we need to get them 1v1 on their opponent, but our build up play is so slow that never happens. So, no coincidence that we are not scoring or even creating any chances. Link to comment
