What's happening with him?

Apparently his UK VISA expired. Speculation whether he let it lapse or whether he was refused one.

Apparently now trying to get Israeli citizenship by virtue of being Jewish. Allegedly has a residence there and can make lots of dough there.

I suspect he might want to sell Chelsea pretty soon.

He probably wants to sell Chelsea so he can buy the Huns

Same as big Mike was going to sell Newcaslte and plough all his money into the Huns.

Also Israeli citizens don't need visas to enter the UK.

Didnt the EE or somebody else say work for the training facility could start in June?

Be interesting to see if anything happens over the next 3 to 4 weeks.

Preparatory work for Phase One is due to begin in June, yes.

Should see workers on site in the next couple of weeks.

Would be great to start work on site prior to them getting the £70k they need to trigger the appeal.

Just to wind them right up.

Good to see that the planning approval allows AFC to renegotiate the CPZ and footbridge.

In other words ACC have accounted for the fact that Aberdeenshire Council could try to scupper things by not giving approval.

But now if they do that, rather than block the stadium, they could end up with a stadium with no CPZ or footbridge.

As such sensible option is to approve the footbridge and CPZ.

There will be far more parking spaces once the development is finished.
