Speculation whether he let it lapse or whether he was refused one.Apparently now trying to get Israeli citizenship by virtue of being Jewish. In other words ACC have accounted for the fact that Aberdeenshire Council could try to scupper things by not giving approval. But now if they do that, rather than block the stadium, they could end up with a stadium with no CPZ or footbridge. As such sensible option is to approve the footbridge and CPZ. Link to comment
