"Curtain twitcher" is the most garbage patter since folk (ironically mostly actual snowflakes) started using "snowflake".

Had a look and they've reported on a stolen bicycle.

How would you describe the page to someone asking?

A community news and gossip page.

Pretty much anyway that doesn't involve the phrase "curtain twitcher" would be an improvement on how it's been described above IMO.

Watching the news just now,  showed a pub in Aberdeen with folk sitting drinking at the bar.  You can't do that down here.

I think that's up to the bar. my local is quite small so doesn't allow it but some places do.

some bars are saying you need to wear a mask when not seated but that's up to them.

First reference to Gammon I'd seen was during an episode of Question Time, when all the fervent pro brexit lads were of a similar age and complexion. Someone on twitter produced the "wall of gammon"
