shut up meg
My abiding memory of Foster was the aimless punt from the full-back area to the edge of the opposition box in the hope something would come of it. Thank fuck those days are gone. That's been our only tactic for the last 2 years. 1 Link to comment
Durrant Dived
He had a real problem with people telling him he's a shit footballer. I remember an interview with him when he was at the huns and he was virtually in tears because a supporter told him that he was the worst player he'd ever seen pull on the shirt. "What gives them the right to say that to me?" was the line or something like that. Remember this, I think it was more because he was out with his family and embarrassed, even funnier hahaha Link to comment

strachanmcgheegoal
If you mean compared to the countless number of centre halves we’ve played there being put on their arse and danced around by almost average opposition wingers or show ponies trying to dribble out of our defensive line I’d tend to agree! aberdeen1970
Stevie May on as a sub with 23 minutes left. Will he score? Link to comment
aberdeen1970
Sound familiar? Attempt missed. Stevie May (St. Johnstone) right footed shot from the centre of the box is high and wide to the right. Link to comment

BWG
There are still roasters who'll claim he "wasn't that good" when he was with us. McInnes had no idea how to use a player of Maddisons quality. Link to comment

Fridge
Correct as is James Wilson. If only we had someone to campaign on his behalf to get played correctly....... Link to comment

Oh I don’t know...a quick reality check of how bad things could get if he didn’t up his game has probably been enough to improve his game dramatically...glad we could have helped the lad push on. DelMonte
Adam Rooney on the Salford documentary. Saying he moved cause of ambition. Failed to say he wasn't getting a game up here cause he's absolutely shite. Link to comment

Sam Cosgrove has 10 in 10, meanwhile Rooney has failed to score in 6 League 2 games this year. Our problem is that it's mainly our only striker thats scoring and we could do with some more goals from midfielders Link to comment
StandFree1982
Shinnie not making the bench again tonight for Derby. Read that their manager just doesn't rate him, saying that he "has some qualities, but others have qualities too" or something to that effect. Lowe started. Link to comment

Is he not struggling at Salford this season so far? Link to comment
Zander1903
was Rooneys goals not down to the fact we were pinging plenty balls into the box which is lacking nowadays? needing more creativity in the team(not easy or cheap to find) he never had pace to spare but i agree the was on a decline Link to comment
