Re entering the reserve league would be a logical decision. The better youngsters could play in that team along with the fringe first team players. Would also ensure they are available to the first team as/when required/merited. Our fringe players would be sharper too when called upon. Doesn't stop us loaning out two or three to good level clubs if they are likely to feature regularly there

We don't need to offload everyone all at once. Some of the current lot would ideally drop down as cover if/when better replacements arrive. I'd rather have 5 or 6 who are really good this summer than 12-14 punts. Losing 12-14 and bringing in the same number every summer is a risky business as we've found to our cost the last few years.

If only this could be sustained over a longer period. We would have a great league.
