craegDAMH
To be honest any team that has Andy Considine at LB gives me the heebie jeebies, as does a Taylor/Reynolds central defence pairing. I know, for bizarre reasons understood only by himself that McInnes prefers Considine to Shinnie at LB but with Shinnie out I'd like to see the likes of Mckenna get a start instead. Bizarre reasons being 3 goals conceded in 8 games leading to 7 wins. What a shite defence. Link to comment
ZeroTolerance
Considine is fine at left back and a consistent performer. Don't compare him to 5 years ago. He's better at left CH and at best an OK stand in at LB. Bigger issue is that the team is unbalanced with Shinnie at left mid where Hayes should be and one of the reasons our form is indifferent this season and we struggle to put away teams we should hump. Back 4 of Logan - Taylor/O'Connor - Considine - Shinnie would be much better. McGinn right wing, Hayes on the left. Link to comment
ZeroTolerance
McKenna is on loan at Ayr United.Ah, forgot about that. Link to comment
Zeus
Considine has been solid at left back for the guts of 2 years. I'd go as far to say this season he's been excellent at LB. Had O'Brien in his pocket saturday, O'Brien who used to cause us no end of problems a few years ago 1 Link to comment

360
McKenna can't get a game for Ayr. And yet people on here, not insinuating you were Dynamo, were calling for him over the recently-faultless Ash Taylor. Link to comment

Lencarl
Andy Considine has become the latest Don to commit himself to the Pittodrie club by signing a new two year extension that will see him remain at the Club until the summer of 2019.http://www.afc.co.uk/news/9208.php#.WKLm5IXXJOw Link to comment

I don't think there is much to trouble him in Scotland, but Europe could be another matter. Link to comment

I have a horrible feeling that in 36 hours you're about to see a midfield of Jack, Maclean and Christie (Hayes and Mcginn as well for that matter) realise precisely why Deek has left Shinnie in there rather than put him in to the more obvious LB role. I will be absolutely delighted to be proved wrong. Link to comment

I think Considine has really improved as a LB over time. I still personally would like to see Shinnie there rather than use Shinnie in midfield but thats because I think Shinnie is a really good LB, not because I'd fault Considine there particularly. Guest RosemountRed
Pretty certain Christie will start. Thinking Rooney maybe deserves to be dropped, been quite poor lately. Link to comment

GDON21
McGinn and Reynolds both received treatment sunday and yesterday but both trained today. Might see them both on the bench though with O'Connor,Christie and Pawlett coming in for Shinnie,McGinn and Reynolds. Wouldn't be surprised to see rooney drop to the bench after another poor performance on Saturday. Link to comment
BWG
There will be no changes to our starting XI unless injuries/suspensions dictate them. 2-0 the dons. Rooney and Hayes. Link to comment
Scotty_Toronto
Considine has been with us (what?) 13 years, had his testimonial at 27, a former player of the year, a solid regular starter and not even out of his twenties. Hat doffed to a loyal servant who always plays for the jersey! I hope that he can celebrated the new contract with a goal. 2-0 Rooney and Considine. Link to comment
Zeus
9-0 Stockley hatrick, Christie, Hayes x 2, McManus OG, Rooney and Taylor with the goals It's only 3 points thought so any winning result will do. Link to comment

ZeroTolerance
What a load of nonsense. Given your comments I'm guessing you haven't watched Aberdeen much this season. Not as much as I'd have liked to. If I'm out of date on the extent to which Shinnie is played out of position then I'm pleased. Seemed to be late last season that he kept playing Shinnie on left and Hayes on right, which was also happening earlier this season. If it's stopped then I'm happier. Would still prefer to seem him at LB though. Link to comment
Scotty_Toronto
We'd need a midfielder to replace his 'dig' in that case. Link to comment
