Reliablesource
More chance of Millertime not being a complete wank than Mcinnes doing anything with youth (unless he’s forced by injuries)Pathetic. Link to comment
daytripping
I agree with 1903, Mcinnes and giving youth a chance isn't something that happens. He stumbled over McKenna due to injury problems. Not my call but we need rid of Mcinnes, apathy has set in, we're the beige of Scottish football. No doubt roll over and have our tummy tickled on Sunday. 1 1 Link to comment

Motherwell away after the cup defeat was when McKenna broke into the first team. Reynolds on the bench, O'Connor in midfield and Considine left back. He had plenty other options, he chose McKenna ffs. Fair enough there's times he hasn't given youth a chance but this whole "he had to play McKenna" is a myth that needs put to bed. 1 1 Link to comment

Tord31
Sam Roscoe and Devlin be the future after McKenna heads to Manchester for £10M Link to comment
Zander1903
Another question is who's gonna partner Roscoe when someone comes in for Devlin? He's played well since he's come in & looks just as good as Mekenna Link to comment

Red Ram
Contract is up in Summer so hopefully he does enough at Alloa to convince McInness he's worth another year or two as always looked decent in Development games I've seen Link to comment
sooth_stander
Connor McLennan's contract is also up in the summer, hopefully he gets a new deal pronto, along with the Emperor Roscoe Link to comment

daytripping
Alloa with their second win in a row, 2-1 against Dundee United, nae bad for a part time team in a league of full timers, Sam playing another 90 minutes. Mark my words, this lad will be a regular first team player for us very soon and will make us a fortune when he goes to England. Link to comment

daytripping
Hope you're well, DT Doing well Poods min, cheers. Sam is a special player, doesn't look like a football player, too gangly but he never puts a foot wrong, if he helps Alloa stay up he must be due a deal, suspect we'll see something soon, out of contract in the Summer, left sided centre half, giant guy, if we don't give him a deal soon he'll be snapped up. Zander1903
no brainer to give him another 2yr deal (not gonna cost a fortune) & no offence to Alloa put him out to a stronger side for next season Link to comment
daytripping
no brainer to give him another 2yr deal (not gonna cost a fortune) & no offence to Alloa put him out to a stronger side for next season Part time club in a league of full time clubs, where better to cut his teeth, learn the trade, he's at the best place imo and doing a brilliant job, been MOTM on more than one occasion, Alloa manager says he'll go on to bigger things. Was always a stand out at under 20 games last year. Link to comment
daytripping
Is it not ideal having a young defender at a team battling relegation? Jesus, I agree with you. Link to comment

Zander1903
maybe ur both right but being able to hold his own in a full time team of seasoned pro's will help him to push on for the dons aswell Link to comment

It is a no brainer but no more loans, he's 10 times the player Considine is. Will end up top EPL in a couple years. Link to comment
BWG
McInnes has said before that he likes to put defenders on loan to struggling sides. Hardly searching insight. Link to comment
