#1802273 Summer Transfer Window 2019

I like the fact they think we only have more money than them because of our “many American investors”😂 They must have missed the millions more the famous generate every year

Pundits on sky constantly going on about the top teams celtic and rangers.🙄 The same “rangers” who have never won a trophy and have finished behind the famous in most competitions in recent years

Nine points is the closest we've finished to Celtic in recent years (last season). Gap between them and huns is currently nine points, and every chance the huns could close that further given the poor results Celtic are churning out under Lennon.

Yes but I was more thinking of being 5 points ahead at the end of September, ahead in the New Year or being a point behind in March (albeit having played a game more. Sevco have never got that close regardless of whether they close the gap once celtic have already won it.

Sevco always get lumped in with celtic as the “old firm” when in reality they have never won a trophy and have not even got as close in the league to celtic as we did in the past.

For me Mcginn is still one of the better players in the team in general. Yes he has poor games but he played well in a few of the December games and is involved in a lot of the goals we score.

Sitting down at away games is diddy club behaviour

Aye but Aberdeen v the Old Firm is seen as a high profile fixture by police.

They have a very strict operation at Pittodrie, a big part of which is after a game they keep both sets of fans separated and having a dedicated car park allows them to move fans into buses and away. They wouldn't just relax that for a stadium across the road.

Besides, we're still ignoring the main reason why Kings Links is likely unsuitable - it's high sand content. Be a nightmare to build on.

Cut their allocation. There should be no more than 1000 away fans of any team inside the new stadium apart from Scottish Cup gams when we have to.

Our fans are total fannys. Wouldn't see Huns or tims go there in that number and be so quiet. Folk getting arsey about certain songs as well. Fuds.

Always the same when there are a lot of central belt fans there. They even moan when people stand at a corner. The sooner Tannadice is back instead, the better.

We'll hobble by and try to keep up. With 3,000-4,000 more ST holders. £2m a year from the Federation of Hearts. More sponsorship money.

No gonna say I'm no disappointed about corporate boxes. But we'll keep up I'm sure.

It doesn't really matter how many season ticket holders you have. You don't sell many tickets above season tickets whereas we do. Our turnover is already about £4m more than yours and that that was based on the 2015/16 season when we were out of both cups in the first round.

#1491486 2017/18 Premiership Fixtures & General Chat

Hearts that desperate for cash to fund seats for stand they are willing to pretty much 50/50 split for sevco at home.

They go on about having this massive support yet still only sell just over 17k v us & Sevco when have a pretty much unlimited chance to sell home tickets.

Their support is at it's limit around 17k. Obviously like most sides they can get a few grannies & girlfriends out for big cup games etc. but where is this huge support they have? Why are they not snapping up these chances to sell loads of home tickets & make their club lots of extra cash? Even chat of a lot of sevco fans in the home end ffs.

It is a myth. Aberdeen have a bigger fan base than Hearts. All Hearts have done is get almost their whole fan base buying season tickets off the back of nearly being liquidated.

From the stadium application, they have slipped in that 3,000 old firm fans would be coming up, so that would appear to be their allocation.

I hope not. Should be 1000 maximum. This stadium should be for Aberdeen fans.

Tin hat on here but Tansey is a mid table player who will not be a regular starter once Mcinnes works out his best side. I would imagine McLean will play deep alongside Shinnie with Christie in behind the striker.

The worst excuse has to be how much it will benefit corporate clients. Though we all like a good freebie swally on occasion, fuck corporate right in the pussy. The men on the terraces are where the clubs heart beats.

You do realise how important the money corporate brings in is to football clubs nowadays? The main reason Hearts have a low turnover and low budget for a club with the crowds they do is because they get hardly any corporate sales. I personally have no interest in corporate and would far rather be standing on a terrace but more corporate = better players.

The Kingswells Community Council just oppose everything. Totally against any change even though it often turns out to benefit the community such as Prime 4 where the hotel is used regularly by a lot of residents. They don't represent my views in any way.
