  1. I thought for the few minutes Hoillet was on the park he looked a decent player. Seems to have the basic technical skills that many lack and the knowledge of what a winger is supposed to do.
  2. I thought Polvara played really well against Celtic. A good quality of his seems to be strength on the ball: warding off the first challenge and making the pass.
  3. He was certainly bad. There was an audible intake of breath every time Anthony Stewart attempted to influence a football to travel in a set direction.
  4. Anthony Stewart is possibly the worst passer of a football I have seen in a Dons shirt. Jensen and Gartenmann considerably better in my opinion.
  5. Liverpool likely chucked him on in the League Cup or whatever to add a couple of zeros to any price tag. I think the jump from academy prospect to actual first team player is enormous.
  6. Really poor decision making from Miovski twice there. Wasted two gilt-edged chances.
  7. I thought the triple sub looked a risk when he did it. Bad decision.
  8. Barron seems better than Clarkson at overall mopping up, DM work. Clarkson perhaps better in a more forward-thinking role. Rama did his mopping up.
  9. It's the WW1 approach to football. Actually the gone thon conscripts had on Christmas probably had superior quality than this.
  10. One of the worst 45 minutes I have ever witnessed. The lack of composure we have shown on the ball is something else. Duk, Miovski, Jensen — some truly stunning lack of basic ball control. That said, great finish from Considine.
  11. Does anyone know the best way to watch this game? I've noticed you can sign up to a monthly TNT package, which isn't exactly appealing.
  12. He isn't a player that seems to stand out in any way. I can't remember what he specifically did against Rangers, and I don't see him as technically brilliant. Presumably he does the hard yard / dirty work that I can't really see.
  13. I'm not sure this is accurate to say he gives the ball away a lot. In my analysis, he tends to receive the ball in our half, fends off or deceives the first challenge, then gets the team moving forward. He has a good ability to do this. Can get out of trouble if needed; has a range of passing; rarely concedes possession; usually plays sensible passes.
