Right. Saw a bird I've liked for a while for the first time in ages on Friday. She is best mates with one of my mates birds and we were out for his birthday. Think she is single now, after finding out she had a bf beginning of 2008. I've pulled her twice before and she seems to like talking to me. I went home early on Friday and didn't see her. Woke up on Sat and she had asked where I was, which must be sort of a good sign. Anyway I replied and I sent another text asking her if she wanted to go out for food or something (and that she could say no in a joking manner).

I didn't get a reply until last night, and it didn't achknoledge (sp?) my offer. She just apoligised for sending a late reply because of her work and asked if I had a good weekend. My mate told me she was in some weird thing with her ex and still all "confused", but she can't hang onto him forever :P I've got to reply to her tonight. Fit do I say? I've been loving the single life recently but I'd drop everything for her (coming up 4 years of being single anyway and I'm 23!). Do I remind her of my text or will that blow my chances?

Hard reading into the mind of a woman lol

Yep been there before. Women are far too complex to even try and understand.

Stop the chasing and play it cool i say. If its meant to itll happen, for now enjoy being single and do a bit of shaggin.

Dont f**k about.

Just say you had a busy weekend working but you've finally got time to yourself and say you havn't seen her for awhile and ask if she wants to go out drinking / eating sometime.

Single life is awesome, but sometimes you just want a reliable source of a shag.

Grrr, seeing her again has re-ignited the schoolboy crush. I'm sick of pulling average women :(

Thats the only good thing about a relationship. women are lovely and nice to start with then become a nightmare after about 6months with them, then its time to be single again. unfortunately i let my last one drag on for 5 years, sickening!

Texting

If you want to win her over, man the f**k up and phone her and tell her you're taking out. If you meekly ask her and give her plenty of opportunity to say no, she'll smell the fear a mile off.

If she's female and not horrendously ugly, she's going to have at least half a dozen guys she knows who'd quite like to f**k her. As long as you're one of those guys, you're going to get nowhere. Make her aware that you want her. Even if she does say no, she'll still respect you for being upfront about it and being the man instead of making plans to send a text message hours in advance.

Don't go dropping hints either, girls hate indecisiveness

Strangely that's exactly how long my relationships last. I get bored very easily of the same thing.

I can't foresee myself staying in Aberdeen for much longer so no point in me starting a serious relationship atm.

But 5 years min. Jesus christ why would you do that? I'd never stay with someone that long unless i knew for sure i'd marry them.

Which at 22, just aint happening for me, sorry girls.

all birds are indeed mental. My ex was absolutely smokin, what I would have classed as my dream bird, but she was a nut job. Go for a reliable one every time mate!

wear a suit and go to soul bar/babylon then proceed to act like a complete cock and pay for all your drinks on plastic, guaranteed to pull a hot bird that way.

Damn it, I should pick up the phone. I guess in that case where I'm asked whether I'm a man or a mouse, I'm truly a mouse ;) Not got the balls. I'll probably wimp out and send a miserable reply
