hopefully you can help me with something thats really been pissing me off the past few days.
im trying to track down a journal article on the "profile of mood states" (or poms) by mcnair et al, 71.
i have the 65 point questionnaire, but i dont know which subscales these items fall into.
i managed to find a 28 point short form but it doesnt take a mathematician to realise that im left with 37 items.
i cant even use this short form because its a hebrew version and they removed the "confusion" sub-category because they apparently dont have a meaning for the word confused in hebrew....so including those items would ironically lead to confusion.
ive searched everywhere for it i can without having to buy a registration to an online journal site, ive asked folk i know doing their phD if they have it, so i thought id take a chance and ask on here. ill probably a resounding NO but you never know.
so if you have access to ingenta, or science direct or something similar, can you throw "profile of mood states" into the search engine and see what happens please. ill be eternally grateful if someone can find me something that stops me pulling my hair out.

Lets all complete one of these and Robbo can give an in depth analysis of posters.

thanks for looking tommy, but ive already got the questionnaire.
those 65 items fall into 6 subscales like tension, anger, fatigue etc.
i need a breakdown of which items go into which subscale.
i sat down and tried to think about it properly, used dictionary.com to get a basic meaning for each word rather than my interpretation of their usage but even then, i cant be sure im right.
ive been looking for this thing religiously for just over a week now and im about ready to smash this computer everytime i think ive finally found the answer....click the link....then it pops up saying "$30 for this article"
so lads and ladies, please continue the search and between us im sure we can track it down.
