Watched most of it again recently. It starts to tie itself in knots after the first couple of seasons with questions going unanswered and jumps around timelines. The creators insisted throughout that the the island was not 'purgatory' and lo and behold, that's how it wrapped up.

I highly recommend Midnight Mass on Netflix.

It's a horror series. Only 7 episodes. Hamish Linklater is superb in it. 9/10

Away to watch Squid Games. Its appears to be getting rave reviews.

Squid Games is decent so far however I would still highly recommend Midnight Mass ahead of it.

Another mini series I'd recommend is The Haunting of Hill House on Netflix. Another horror series suggestion.
