Ke1t
Skonto Riga Formed in 1991, knocked us out of the UEFA Cup in the preliminary round in 94, went bankrupt and died in 2016. Allegedly 'One of the worst European results for a Scottish team', which is ignoring they won 14 league titles in a row, drew with Chelsea, and barely lost 3-2 to Barcelona. Anyway, they're dead now... so we won that one. Can't find any footage of that glorious tie, so here's us beating Daugava Riga instead. Link to comment

Poodler
‘Is there anything this man can’t do’ well, yes, there is. looks like the old Delhi belly has trimmed him down though since he had the Matty Kennedy role with us of being a fat hun shit with a stinking attitude Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
Signed him and played him as a winger and was largely ineffective…. killie sign him and play him behind the striker and he’s immense…. McInnes gets jealous and offers more money so we can bring him back…. And put him on the wing again ??♂️??♂️??♂️ there you go folks. It’s not often I’ll slate McInnes but he’s due that one Link to comment
aberdeen1970
Aye he was hopeless as a right winger. Cut inside and slowed the game down every time. McInnes definitely played him out of position. Link to comment
strachanmcgheegoal
Funny how a manager with such a firm grasp of the value of a decent #10 could fuck Stewart and so many others up so spectacularly. And yes that is sarcasm. Link to comment

No, I seriously think he bought him because he could (as others have said, usually having played well against us, once) without a clue how best to deploy him, who to play him with or in which position he could best complement what we already had. And he was far from alone in that. Still think he was a lazy feck with a piss poor attitude but that’s kind of what we pay managers and scouts to suss out for us. Link to comment
Don_Corleone
Kenneth McLean gives away a penalty in first 10 mins for Norwich v Crystal Palace. Impressed by the atmosphere at Selhurst Park - not sure what the capacity is there. Link to comment

Selhurst is very similar in size and layout to Pittodirie. But they nearly always have it sold out Link to comment

strachanmcgheegoal
Had Stewart been a single lowlight in an otherwise sparkling period of recruitment then no of course not. However….. quite symptomatic of latter McInnes in fact. Switched from “best we could do” to “aye, that’ll do” Link to comment
