Then as he was being escorted off, lost his shit and thought he could take on the whole RDS.

Ha! I watch iD on Saturday and was thinking the old walk of shame round the track is a sad loss to the game. Is policing more lenient these days or is there a different route used to escort soccer thugs out of the action?

Aye, the cunt coined it in big time, especially from The Sun newspaper, about his "plight" after getting punched. Serves him right after running down ten stairs acting the hard man?. If only he sat in his seat....

Fucking prick of a man.

I remember that game and remember seeing the knob through the fence. The funny things is that it was their supporters that hit him in the head with a seat and he claimed it was us.

I also knew the paramedic that treated him and said he was a knob to deal with as well. Would take the treatment offered, wouldn't go to the hospital to get further seen to and also wouldn't take the guidance to be taken back into the stand round the outside of the ground instead insisted on going round trackside

There was a letter from Keith Wyness the the Daily Record Editor that made mention of Tam Perry

Quote

Dear Sir

I am writing to express Aberdeen Football Club's dismay and
frustration at what was, we believe, a completely over the top reaction to
the weekend events at Pittodrie on page 44-45 of yesterday's Daily Record.

While in no way condoning what happened to your columnist Mark
Hateley, a masthead of 'Mayhem at Pittodrie' and a headline of 'Football
chiefs won't hammer evil thugs until there's a death up at Pittodrie' are
not only sensationalist but also irresponsible, particularly as Saturday's
game was, compared to previous matches, relatively trouble free.

To insinuate that no action is taken against those who cause problems
within Pittodrie Stadium is erroneous and indeed this Club has banned no
fewer than eleven supporters for life following incidents at Rangers matches
over the past two years.
The two clubs meet, along with the police and relevant security
officials, prior to every game staged to ensure every possible step is taken
to prevent problems from arising. This includes the passing on of
intelligence regarding known troublemakers and knowledge of any planned
breaches of the peace. While this has led to many potentially explosive
incidents being nipped in the bud, if someone is determined to cause
trouble, sadly it is not always possible to stop them. However that will not
prevent us from continuing to do everything within our powers to eradicate
the hooligan factor from our game.

Both Rangers and ourselves have been working very hard for many years
to rid the fixture of the nastiness that surrounds it but, as is the case
with every club in the country, we both have an element that has no place in
football. However, because of the history of games between us, each and
every unsavoury incident is magnified in terms of its media coverage.

That I accept, as I do the need to rid the game of the moronic
element, but to describe what occurred on Saturday as 'mayhem' and suggest
we are ambivalent as far as clamping down on troublemakers is, as far as I
am concerned, mischief making of the highest order.
You also caption your photo accompanying the story with "Fernando
Ricksen is attacked by an Aberdeen fan". This is not the case. The
individual concerned was found to be suffering from mental problems and is
not an Aberdeen fan.

Regarding the "Rangers fan being led to safety" was found to be a
convicted football hooligan and I witnessed him being restrained in the
tunnel from attacking our manager at the time.

I have asked my operations manager to get in touch with Mark Hateley
to hear his side of the events and, once we have established all the facts,
we will take any appropriate action that is needed.

I would hope that in future a more sensible and balanced view of
events could be taken as such hype only adds to the problems we are trying
very hard to eradicate from the game. Newspapers such as yours should be
helping us tackle this problem and not fanning the flames.

I await your comments with interest.

Yours faithfully

Keith Wyness
Chief Executive

The huns also reminisced on losing him at a game versus Airdrie only to find he had been locked up for the night

There’s the time it took us an hour or so extra to get home from Airdrie (a 20
min drive away), as we couldn’t find Tam and drove around looking for him. Tam got home the next morning after his release from (in his words) “Scotland’s finest”

Monday evening, live on Clyde 1......Hugh Keevins "Steven Gerrard will not be the next Aston Villa manager"

Wednesday morning...."official approach to Ibrox is expected today"........the same newspaper that Keevins has a column in

I said about a week back that the similarities between Keevins and @Dad are astounding. Both old cunts living in the weeg who make wild predictions and whose outcomes invariably turn out to be diametrically opposite to them.

Finished the fourth paragraph and closed that. What on earth are those first four all about. Strange man.

I’m conscious that I’m not really allowed to be offensive anymore as some precious people watch the site so I’ll just keep it mild and say that in an ideal world, the end of Chic Youngs life would be soon
