Just did a quick search online and multiple places were saying 35p. If they are only 20p, why would someone happily pay 25% above the going asking price for what is a sizeable amount of money ?

Not my game but I believe 35p was from when they last openly traded.  The directors loans were all converted using 20p Im sure.

They were worth 25p when there was only 200 million shares, now there's about a billion!! The company value doesn't go up because there's an increase in shares....they should be 5p per share now....
