Yes.

If the rapist was off his line it wouldn’t have mattered as they scored the rebound.

It’s a daft rule. Attacking player encroaches at a missed penalty but the attacking team benefit with a retake.

if striker 2 encroaches and striker 1 misses its retaken and If GK advances and it’s saved, regardless of result of rebound, it’s retaken?

one could imagine a situation that could be abused no?
