Interesting to look at the squad on Wednesday morning...

So we've got a hunner players but for some reason...

We've went with only one penalty box striker and he's new to British football.

We've went with only three centre halfs for the next four months so literally playing Brown, Mackenzie or 17yr old lads at centre half if we pick up another long term injury.

We've got 600 central midfielders which will result in Campbell, McGeouch and Jenks getting zero minutes and very regular playing out of position for all of the rest of them apart from Scott Brown.

Big squad, loads of players but a few brave shouts

GK - Lewis and Woods.

RB - Ramsay, Gurr and McCrorie

CB - Bates, McCrorie, Gallagher, Devlin and Considine

LB - Mackenzie, Ngwenya, Hayes, Campbell, Considine

CM - Brown, Ferguson, Ojo, Longstaff, McCrorie, McGeouch, Campbell, Jenks

RM - McLennan, Kennedy, McGinn, Watkins

LM - Hayes, Hedges

ST - Ramirez, JET, Watkins, Samuels

Loads of players and Glass needs to make it work on the pitch now.

It feels like we could have dropped about 3 of those centre mids and had another penalty box striker, winger and versatile defender

We have Two fit CH’s not three.
Even if Devlin does miraculously get back to fitness he will be a long way from match fitness needed for defensive cover & (knowing his history) will most likely be injured again long before he gets to that stage.

McCrorie is probably further away from being a CH for us than Devlin is & he is actually fit ?

Glass has been a complete bellend towards our central defensive set up. Totally amateur to embarrassing proportions  at this level.

Hopefully he knows what he is doing. He does want to introduce Hancock soon. left sided centre half

Well hopefully he can hit the ground running at McKenna levels but (nothing against him as I know nothing of him) I don’t think we will be that fortunate.

I genuinely think Glass has really fkd us up defensively with crazy gambles

How do you know that about Hancock?

He’ll be 5th choice in a few weeks (allegedly if the rumour about Devlin’s leg transplants is true).

1) he's moved him ahead of turner and power in the pecking order. they are both older than hancock

2) he's been involved with squad every game even though he's not been on bench every game

3) he's told us there will be more debuts sooner rather than later and there are not many other candidates now that hanratty etc are away on loan

So? He's pish and is on loan. What's that matter.

the squad was never going to be turned over and balanced out in one window.

Glass has brought in 11 players

A whole team

No excuses

What's the line up and formation of this new team of 11 players?

4 of which were signed in time for just the last game.

1 is a back up keeper

1 is a back up right back

Pant pishing of the highest order. Chill out min, if it's still bad at Christmas then you've a fair point but currently we are undefeated in the league but we all knew there would be ups and downs due to the massive changes that needed to be made.
