As a frequent flyer who travels through this airport, I'm biased, it's fucking pishe.Strange they didn't extend the front of the terminal when they done the recent work plenty of space. A lot of airports in the states have that type of setup and works well from the congestion point of view they are monaing about. Link to comment

They don't have the gates installed yet so anyone wanting to save £2 (drop off then pick up) best get a holiday booked quickly. On a side note the BA Lounge in Terminal 5 is pish. Been here since 1pm as my flight to here from Aberdeen had to divert to Manchester. Half pished for free though and still got a flat bed seat on the new plane so not all bad news. They've just announced that a black ladies coat has been left at the coffee house. No idea how they know a darkie owns it. Link to comment
