He got some of the best comments in the first round, like easily the best I had heard, he struggled in The Kitchin but got to grips with it, would have to say that the over cooking of his chicken wings and not having his dessert cold enough was what sealed his fate.

The Indian in Ballater is supposed to be really good. Bit far to go for a curry though when we've plenty decent ones in Aberdeen.

Aye, the hotel had a decent bar; The Tink, then changed to a pretty poor Thai restaurant and is now nice flats. The bottom floor ones currently under 6ft of water.

The Champney Inn on the Queensferry Rd from Lithgae. It has a Micheline star for it's scoff.

 

It has the a la carte gaff where it'll cost you 30 bob a tattie and it has the Chop & Ale house for us scaffs. £27 for a T-bone steak and all the shit. I would hand over 27 nuggets for the basket of chips it'sel.
