U15's game was off due to covid, U13's lost 5-3 to rangers. Well done to Aberdeen U14's, who qualified for the cup final with a 9-0 win over Hamilton. Good luck in the final.

For the first time in living memory a non first team fixture will take place at Pittodrie on a Saturday afternoon this weekend. The Aberdeen B team host Arbroath in the SPFL Trust Trophy challenge cup.It is a good decision and I hope there is a healthy turn out to cheer on the Young Dons.

No shots on target.

Why is Ruth only on the bench?

Thought he needed game time or else is he not good enough?

Should have been free for season holders, no matches last year and it usually is free.

Mykyta, Ruth, Duncan and Hanratty score while Tom Ritchie saves two penalties to send the Dons through to the third round.

Hamilton away next.

Good win for the young Dons, as Arbroath are no mugs, with that wiley old cunt in charge.

How strong a team did Arbroath put out? Brilliant result if they had a strong team out!

Good win.

Ruth slipped down the pecking order if he's on the bench for the b team?

Well played young guys. Hopefully the start of a clear path from youth teams up to senior team.

Play well and the chance is there. A bit like Hamilton, but at a higher level.

Robson said Gurr was very good.

Might just be being nice, but I don't think that's Robsons way.

Maybe not.....but maybe that's Gurr found his true level
