It can't be understated just how poor a job Glass did. He should never have been appointed. Why on earth would you hire a rookie whose failed previously to replace your third most successful manager in the clubs history. Undisputedly, the worst appointment ever by made Aberdeen. The league is horrifically poor this season and we are in 10th spot, 5 points behind Livingston. It's so bad that McInnes would have had us outright in third spot right now.
