Any serious prospect he'd be considered for the job full time?

No idea. If he really is only interim until they get somebody else onboard and he goes back to being their B team boss, what's the chances they send him over to us as DM's replacement in summer 2022?

Great at commercials, but their football success was down to having a good manager - nothing to do with the club structure / “philosophy”. Martino is a decent coach and brought their only success, since then it’s been poor.

Don’t think that’s entirely fair. For a new club to be as successful as they have been in their young history is impressive. The successful appointment of martino in the first place shows a good structure. They’ve got a load of talented players.

mls is a weird league, same teams don’t always dominate every year due to the format.

McInnes might fancy a shotty stateside.

He would also be a short flight to Orlando as we all know he likes a holiday there.

Yes, was just recalling how everyone on here was saying that back in February-April. Changed times.... until we win 3-0 on Thursday.

I think it is fair. They’ll be on their 4th manager since their first match in 2017. 5th if you count Glass…

Hugely successful commercially, in part down to a captive audience of 10 million people in the state of Georgia and a large rising interest in football in the US.

From a footballing context they are hugely inexperienced.

That would certainly be a plot twist.

Read this yesterday, was good read but basically reflects what you've said. Worrying that Cormack is so influenced by these folk.

Read that yesterday as well, and hopefully Cormack, Eales and the others appreciate the differences in US sports and how we do things here in the UK and Europe.

I see Ronnie played left back and scored for them tonight. Seems to be starting to make an impression.

Pleased to see Ronnie got his first start and great that he popped up with another goal. Get him back to Pittodrie at the end of the MLS season if they are not paying over £1M for him.

At the risk of being "wooshed". The Atlanta player currently in the Argentinian Olympic squad is one of their "designated" players, Barco. they paid about $15million for him. So partnership or no, I doubt we need to concern ourselves too much about him
