Yeah totally. Now that everyone who wants a vaccine has one and death numbers are so low I've no idea why it's still such an obsession with the media and government. It's just a disease that kills people, like countless others that no one gives a shit about.

It's an absolute obsession with you. It appears to be your raison d'être.

Don't think Moobs would eat much fruit. Especially not raisins.

Hmm I'd happily admit it was for a while. At Christmas time there i was essentially bankrupt because of it and at least on here I could argue away about it without stressing family etc.

I've been consciously avoiding this thread though until very recently.

To the contrary I had some in my overnight oats this very morning.

They are good in oats.

Unless you are an athlete or have a very poor diet you'll be getting more than enough protein in your diet.

You're wasting money on a supplement you don't need.

I'm trying to build muscle and lose fat.

Having a high protein intake is good for that.

You can easily get enough protein in food though. You might actually be doing yourself more harm by taking excess calories in through the powder.

Just watch yourself with that shit Consi, it's no substitute for a healthy diet and hard work.

If I wanted protein I'd eat something containing it, not sprinkle it in.

Yeah, so I'm eating/drinking powder that is mostly protein.

Not many foods are high protein low fat, and I don't fancy chicken in the morning.

I monitor my calories at the moment, so I know what I'm taking in.

Hard work + protein is fine.

No issue with using a protein supplement.

It's a cheap, convenient & low-calorie way of increasing protein intake.

No cunt thinks it's a "substitute for hard work" FFS

You don't need it though. It's a scam. Why are you "increasing  protein intake" if you are already getting enough through a healthy diet and aren't an athlete?
