Watched a bit of Copa America tonight.  Absolutely pish.  2 or 3 passes, foul, repeat.  34 fouls in the Argentina game and it wasn't even bad tempered,  just stop start.

I keep harping on about it,  but the Copa America is truly a dreadful watch.  I thought these South Americans were supposed to have flair and silky skills. Absolutely shite.

That's it,  never watching another South American game again.  46 fouls in that Argentina game,  forty fuckin six. Ridiculous. Ref's are a farce, don't seem to know how to control a game, not booking players earlier and just allowing them to keep hacking and barging. The whole match was a succession of free kicks.

I watched the Argentina-Columbia game. Worth watching for Messi alone. The stuff he does even when he's not touching the ball is wondrous. He takes a helluva kicking (but not as much as Maradona did). It's almost like he gets the ball and counts how long it will be before he gets clattered. Closer to the box the better.

But generally, it's disappointing to watch South American games. Too many cheats and fakers which is unnecessary because there's so many talented players out there. Shout out to the guy Luis Diaz. Thought he was decent.

Not a single striker in the Scotland under 21 team. 

What's that all about?  Surely there's one young Scottish striker somewhere? 

And the two that start up front for the senior team aren't Scottish.
